They do not clean rooms..tou havr to tell them and they don't tell you that up front

They didnt clean my room? Provide trastowels or dump the trash. They jad everyone's trash line d up down the halls i set my trash out there too...they left my trash in the hall because I didnt request a room clean. Who does that?

Everything was masty looking and I itched the whole tome

I took the sheets off my bed and pot in floor with dirty towels and request a room clean. They put the same sheets back on the bed. Gross.

I was there for a convenient place to sleep; it fulfilled that need.

This is a decent stay for the price.
Pros:

The bedrooms were decent size. Overall cleanliness was good in both rooms booked. The TV had a great variety of channels.

Cons:

Parking at the hotel was small. There was a truck with a very recent busted out window. The hot water didn’t get very hot. Breakfast could have been better with some eggs, and breakfast meat to eat with the waffles.

Pros:

Offensive staff lacked courtesy and customer appreciation. No extra miles, a 1 waffle breakfast and confrontational employees made it uncomfortable. Plus threats when a clear need of help was present

It by no stretch was the worst hotel experience I had, however I would be remiss if I didn’t think twice before booking
Pros:

The Location is great, super close to the airport and right off of I-40.

Cons:

The overall aesthetics were a let down. Place is in major need of an interior refresh/remodel. Just seemed very old and grim. The individual(s) that checked me in, ( while they weren’t rude, they certainly weren’t friendly) gave off the vibes that they just really didn’t want to be there which also didn’t help with the aesthetics. Also The elevator was out of order which means walking up & down to get to the room.

Cologne smelling sheets
Pros:

The sheets seemed to not have been cleaned. They were wrinkled like someone had spelt there and smelt like cologne

Everything that was broken. The elevator was broken. The equipment in the gym was broken. The ice machine was broken. The toilet in my room was broken. The list goes on and on.
