Disappointing
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Uncomfy beds, horrible pillows, shower was pretty busted, drain was not working proper/fell apart, and there was a roach on the door when we walked in that I killed

Room is fine, didn't get much sleep from the noise of the planes and nearby rooms.
Pros:

Fairly clean overall. No bed bugs found for this stay.

Cons:

Noise from planes at RDU nearby and adjacent rooms. There may be ways to reduce external noises. German cockroaches are in the vents.

last minute mistake
Pros:

I needed a last minute nicecroom for my family and I , it was so busy I didn’t have time to inspect before I had to run back out and it was too late to get my money back for the room immediately and find elsewhere . unkept room, & property .

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The place was dirty, not vacuumed. The coffee poured out water and the toaster was out of order so you could not toast anything! I had to yell several times before someone came to the desk. I told her about the coffee. Someone else complained that they were out of waffles and coffee and milk! Bad service

Cons:

Paid for long term parking at the hotel. Flight was cancelled so we ended up having to drive to our destination.Went back to the hotel to get a refund for the parking and was told no problem but a manager would have to put in the refund when he/she came in later that morning and to allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to go through. I called after a week for an update and was told that there would not be any refund from the most unprofessional customer service employee that I have ever spoken with. No interest at all in discussing with me or working out a solution.

Early morning shuttle was late
Pros:

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its close proximity to RDU and early morning shuttle to the airport. We had a 5:40 AM flight and counted on the 4 AM shuttle. It was concerning that the driver arrived at the hotel late and after loading several passengers at the Quality Inn, stopped at yet another hotel to squeeze in two more passengers. However, we did arrive at the airport in plenty of time to get through TSA and get to our gate.

The hotel room was comfortable and met our expectations.

Cockroaches, didn’t feel safe with someone trying to enter my room
Pros:

Proximity to the airport is the literal only positive I experienced during my stay.

Cons:

Cockroach in room, hall smelled like marijuana, double booked my room and I woke to someone trying to enter my room at 12am, then more knocks and front desk calling my room to figure out how they messed up the room assignment. This led to 1-2 hours of sleep before a full day of travel.
