The location was easy on and off of the freeway. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
No microwaves in the rooms. I had reserved and paid for a Deluxe Double Queen. When I went to the room I noticed it was not a Deluxe. Long story short: they said that I had the deluxe, the one I thought I had was a "Larger Deluxe". Not sure why they are not the same. The clerk I dealt with on the first day said she would check with her manager, leave notes for the next clerk - they were booked for the first night and could not make the change - I watched her type something. The clerk the next day said there was no notes and that Booking.com has the wrong information. A relative I was visiting in Lehi said this particular hotel has problems all the time.
It was clean and good location
The front desk people were rude! And treat us like basically like criminals they ask id for EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!
Price too high for the hotel
The price was great and property managers communicated well. The condo was clean and modern and close to pool area. This condo is good for a large family or two smaller ones. Nice easy parking area
Was on the 3rd floor with no elevator but also came with a great view from the upper floor. Overall, no large problems at all.
It was okay. I don’t think not posting on your site when booking a room that you need to put a 150 security deposit down. I pay for the room and then right before I sign oh the worker forget there was a security deposit to put down. This is after I called in the morning to double check because I would’ve never stayed there. The lady I talk to said no deposit unless cash. This is very inconvenient and should be posted when booing to when people call
