O Hotel é excepcional. Desde o atendimento no check in, procurando atender a todas as demandas do hóspede. Almoço maravilhoso no próprio hotel e café da manhã excelente, sendo a Gil um amor de pessoa que faz o impossível para tornar a experiência dos hóspedes a mais agradável possível. Segunda vez no hotel e posso dizer sem sombra de dúvidas que é o melhor serviço hoteleiro de toda a Osasco.

Oteli oldukça beğendim.Odalar konforlu ve temiz.Yatak King size olarak gerçekten oldukça büyük.Yatak ve yastıklar hem rahat hem de tertemizdi.İnce bir yorgan da mevcuttu Otelin altında günlük 20 real'e kapalı otoparkı mevcut.Odada büyük bir balkon da mevcut.Kahvalti salonu temiz,havadar ve güzel.(Kahvaltı biraz daha çesitlendirilebilir.Meyve olarak muz,mango,guava gibi yöreye özgü meyveler takviye edilebilir)Bu arada otelin sahibi de bir Türk'müş.

Agradável mas poderia ser muito melhor

Não tenho como avaliar melhor o hotel uma vez que cheguei às 11 horas e saí às 3:30 do dia seguinte. Não tomei café da manhã e até solicitei um pequeno lanche já que eu viajava pela madrugada o que me foi prontamente dificultado. Já solicitei tal pedido em um hotel em Palotina/PR e fui prontamente atendido inclusive com abertura do restaurante e com o pedido separado. O hotel precisa melhorar bastante nesse aspecto até porque para quem vai para São Paulo tem ritmo acelerado e um pedido dessa natureza seria altamente recomendável. E estamos falando de Osasco/SP.
