Pros:

Nice view for sure. Right across from the 'London' Bridge.

Cons:

Everything feels outdated. The restaurant is more like an elderly club. And there's a lot of noise, all around.

It would have been great if everything was open and the AC worked better.

Don’t come here
Pros:

I have called the front desk 4 times over the last 6 hours waiting for a simple tray to be able to use the toaster oven. I made it clear that I needed it to reheat my lunch and yet 6 hours later I still don’t have it. Many items don’t work or don’t have the needed components and the place is very run down and old. Needs a deep cleaning desperately and way better customer service. I feel absolutely disrespected and will advise everyone I know NOT to come here.

Won’t stay there no balcony with a view like I requested

I wanted to have an early check in we were there for a celebration of life gad to change in a bathroom because check in wasn’t till 4 and the celebration started at that time it’s was really inconvenient

Great hotel close to main attraction!
Pros:

The beautiful carriage in the lobby was amazing! The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the river and close to many restaurants!

The facility was amazing and hope to return sometime in the future.

It was just a lovely place to stay. Melissa at the front desk was a joy and her friendliness was a plus to this wonderful stay.
