Great hotel close to main attraction!
Pros:

The beautiful carriage in the lobby was amazing! The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the river and close to many restaurants!
The rooms were big and comfortable!

The facility was amazing and hope to return sometime in the future.
Pros:

It was just a lovely place to stay. Melissa at the front desk was a joy and her friendliness was a plus to this wonderful stay.

Amazing! I want to go back!
Pros:

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Nate was amazing! We are FBA’s and we received exceptional hospitality!

Cons:

The maintenance guy knocked on our door and hour before check out to get into our room to change air filters. However, the other great experiences definitely overrides this hiccup. It was slow on a Sunday. Not many ppl.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, and a great location.
Pros:

Great location, big room, staff was friendly, we felt at home. We had a really nice trip!

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was not very well cleaned and the bathtub did not drain well so when you showered it would fill up quick. Everything else was excellent, would have given 10/10 if not for this.

Pros:

Très bien placé, pièces confortables...

Cons:

L'insonorisation par rapport au couloir n'était pas top et le couchage dans le canapé-lit d'appoint n'était pas du tout confortable ! D'ailleurs, il a fallu que nous fassions le lit car il n'était pas prêt !

It was comfortable and inviting. Lots of amenities and a great view. I like how everything was stocked for the duration of your stay and you didn't have to call to the desk for something!

Very sub par
Pros:

We thought we had a room with 2 beds, instead we had a bed and a pull out. The pull out was like sleeping on a rock. Also, no housekeeping at all. Rooms were dirty, fan in room was black with dirt. I would never stay here again!
