Las instalaciones, el lugar es increíble, el personal bastante amable y que dan tour y paseo a caballo considerado dentro del precio

They suddenly cancelled our reservation without Explanation even though we had made it month in advance
This is a very special place. The Hacienda is absolutely stunning and every effort is made to ensure guests are cared for. Staff is very friendly and incredibly attentive. The room we had was beautifully decorated, clean and there were thoughtful treats provided to welcome guests. The bed, pillows and linens were comfortable and the quiet and darkness of the room made for a perfect sleep at night. The Hacienda itself is magical. The outdoors spaces are beautifully cared for and maintained. We met the owner, Monica and learned about the history of the place and how the Hacienda evolved over time: home, stables, spa, distillery, farm and much more to come. We took a little ride around the property on the horses, we had tastings at the distillery, dipped toes into the pool (towels provided), viewed the spas (but didn't have time for any treatments), and ate three fabulous meals on site. The Hacienda is on the outskirts of a little town and driving distance to some beautiful spots and historic sites. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A quiet retreat in the countryside to get away of the everyday rush, no TV in the rooms, good WiFi, the personnel attentive, you feel at home since arrival!
Falta incrementar la señal de wifi, estaría excelente que pusieran musica en el bar o en los pasillos ya que estábamos mi esposa y yo y todo estaba demasiado silenicoso.

The gate keeper makes you feel you are obligated to tip for any minor thing he does for you. They dont have a receptionist 24/7. The gate keepers sleep in the lobby. At 730am you hear the staff talking and making all kinds of noise.

Es una hacienda con siglos de historia. Pero adaptada, restaurada y mejorada para disfrutar de una estadía muy placentera. Disfrutamos mucho de las habitaciones con su estilo rustico, cómodas. Disfrutamos de los jardines, los recorridos, lugares para fotos por todos lados, el spa, la comida, pero sobre todo la calidez y atención de las personas que laboran en ese lugar.
