Avoid this place!
Pros:

The location was good but definitely not worth it!

Cons:

Do not stay here!! It’s nothing like the photos!
It was absolutely nothing like the pictures! The pictures make it appear like it’s this very nice hotel. I didn’t want to lay on the bed with how disgusting the room was. The room had a very unpleasant odor! It was run down and dirty. Avoid this place!!!

Great location, but very poor management and service significantly affected the overall experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient. The room had a nice traditional Parisian design and a charming classic style.

Cons:

The overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The lobby was very small and not representative of the hotel category. The staff behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly; after check-out, I was even refused access to the restroom to wash my hands, which was quite disappointing.

It was also surprising that there was no proper luggage storage room, and guests’ suitcases were left unattended in the middle of the small lobby.

Additionally, there were several maintenance issues in the bathroom: the sink tap and drainage were not functioning properly, and water from the shower leaked into the toilet area, making it inconvenient to use.

Dásamleg dvöl, frábærir veitingastaðir nálægt. Við munum gista þarna aftur.
Pros:

Mjög vel staðsett hótel og herbergin stór. Rúmið og koddarnir góðir.

Cons:

Ekki walk-in shower heldur baðkar með sturtu. Herbergin eru kannski orðin svolítið þreytt en það skipti okkur ekki máli.

Goed verblijf, charmant hotel; met de nodige verbeterpunten.
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig; midden in hartje Parijs. De kamer was superruim (ongekend in Parijs), wat erg aangenaam was. Het ontbijt was erg goed; mooie lichte ruimte en heerlijke broodjes, goed beleg, lekkere koffie etc,

Cons:

Er zijn momenteel renovatiewerken aan de gang, waardoor het erg rommelig was (zeker de lift was erg stoffig). Maar we begrijpen dat dit af en toe moet gebeuren.
Hoewel de kamer erg ruim was (fijn groot bed), waren de meubelen nogal afgeleefd en de badkamer voldeed echt niet aan een 4-sterren hotel: slecht licht, moeizame waterafvoer en eerlijk gezegd, douchen in een badkuip achter een flodderig gordijn, is niet echt wat je verwacht van een 4-sterren hotel. Ook de gordijnen in de kamer gingen niet makkelijk dicht, omdat ze half los zaten bovenaan.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatte haben sie so schnell wie möglich probiert das Problem zu lösen. Die Lage war in einem sehr schönem Quartier mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eher sehr alt und am Anfang sehr dreckig + lüftung kaputt (wurde danach aber gereinigt und repariert). Das Morgen buffe war okeii aber eher klein und es gab ständig leerm wegen den Bauarbeiten und den Fenstern die nicht Schalldicht sind.

The Team on Board
Pros:

The location is pinned in the heart of Paris. The team, from arrival to departure, was magnificent. The breakfast served across the street was wonderful, particularly the basket of various French breads. There are 2 rooms on each floor. The fifth-floor (last) room was large compared to other hotel options in the area. Amenities in the room included fully stocked toiletries, an iron, a full-size blow dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine with daily replenishment of capsules. The mini fridge was a decent size that held contents cold. Large water bottle is supplied at arrival. The staff was remarkable in accommodating every request.

Cons:

The hotel is aged, with dark Parisian rooms. The carpets are stained. The bathrooms are unblemished from the 1930s with no upkeep to accentuate the architecture and tone of craftsmanship.
Yes there is hot water and upgraded toilets.
