Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Super lokalizacja. Miła obsługa. To wszystko czego było Nam potrzeba. Podróżowałem z żoną i dzieckiem (8 lat)

Cons:

Nasz pokój miał bardzo słaby widok z okna - na jakieś ściany bloków (byliśmy na 4 piętrze). Nie przeszkadzało nam to bo traktowaliśmy to tylko jako sypialnia na 2 noce. Natomiast to aspekt który należy wymienić.

hotel location excellent.
Pros:

We liked the location as it is near the train station as well as walking distance to shops and good restaurants. We stayed there for 2 nights, then checked out to explore Spain and stayed back again for another 2 nights. The hotel was gracious to let us leave our main luggage at their storage the few days we were exploring Spain.

Cons:

I had a negative experience where I had informed the hotel of wine purchases made, and was told they will look out for the delivery. Unfortunately when the wine deliveries arrived, there was a miscommunication between the delivery and the hotel staff, that my wines were mistakenly sent by the hotel staff to the hotel kitchen and the wines subsequently rejected and returned. They tried to deliver it again the next day only to have the hotel telling me there were no deliveries made. It then became a he-say-she-say argument between the hotel and delivery provider on who was wrong party, even with photo evidence of deliveries done.

Thus, i was left with having to pay for my wines that was not delivered due to the mishandling of the situation. And it just left an unpleasant experience after.

If not for this negative experience, the stay at the hotel would have been great.

Amazing!! 5 star
Pros:

Absolutely loved the hotel, it’s cool style, excellent rooms and staff lovely. Loved the rooftop bar and bonus little snacks at reception in the afternoon.
Would definitely recommend! I will be going back
