Die Lage war super. Dachterrasse war sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Bett war überhaupt nicht stabil. Jede Bewegung hat ein grosses Rütteln verursacht. Dementsprechend war der Schlaf sehr schlecht.
Super enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Alles war kalt: Spiegeleier, Speck usw.! Hat einfach keinen Spass gemacht, den Tag so anzufangen.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Alles war einfach perfekt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns der tolle Service: Jeden Tag gab es frisches Wasser und Kaffeekapseln auf dem Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung gegeben.

Ein großes Plus war außerdem, dass wir sowohl früher einchecken als auch später auschecken durften – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Das absolute Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi. Man kann dort wunderbar entspannen, sich sonnen und den Tag genießen – sogar schon am frühen Morgen, bevor das Restaurant öffnet.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung – 10 von 10 Sternen!

Walking distance to a lot of places
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Barcelona. We had a group of 13 people staying there. It is located on a main street near a lot of attractions, many within close distance. Rooms were nice, clean, but a bit cramped for 2 roommates. The rooms were very quiet. It was very hot while we were there; this hotel had air conditioning in the room, and it worked very well. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and tended our needs as a group. Breakfast buffet was available at an additional cost; we used it once. There were a lot of variety: Juice, coffee, eggs, fruit, breads, etc. There were ATMs very close next to the hotel and it is within walking distance of La Boqueria and a Flamenco show that we attended. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay

Gothic Quarter Gem
Pros:

The H10 Montcada is in the perfect location! Right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, right beside El Born also. Super easy access to both districts and about a 20 min walk to Barceloneta Beach, and a 10 min walk to Eixample. The Gothic Quarter is the best place to stay in Barcelona, hands down! The hotel itself is modern and clean. Rooms are very quiet and they have great blackout blinds. Bathrooms and showers are large and nice, with rain shower heads. We originally booked the Classic Double Room which had a Queen sized bed. However, the bed was awful. Every time my partner moved in the night, it shook the bed and woke me up. We ended up switching rooms to a Cozy room with 2 Twin beds, and that solved the problem. They were happy to accommodate us. We got the buffet breakfast. It was very tasty...lots of meat/protein options as well as the usual carbs. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooftop was stunning. Gorgeous view and a little plunge pool for cooling off. I would recommend staying here, but in a room with Twin beds if you are a light sleeper and don't want to be disturbed by your partner moving around in the night!

Great location and overall experience
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. There was also a metro station right in front of the hotel, which made getting around even more convenient.

Our room faced the inner courtyard, so we didn’t hear any street noise. The room was clean, and housekeeping serviced it every day.

We didn’t try the breakfast, but we really enjoyed the sunset terrace. During the day, it was a great place to relax in the sun, and in the evenings we enjoyed cocktails and tapas while watching the sunset.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room had two separate beds. A king-size bed would have been more comfortable, but the beds and pillows themselves were very comfortable.

Overall, we were very happy with our choice of hotel.
