Fantastic staff, hotel and location.
Pros:

Everything was perfect.

Cons:

nothing, pool was closed for a provate event one afternoon/evening which was a bit of a shame but we were able to us either another time.

Cons:

Nie było klimatyzacji. W pokoju 28 st. Obsługa wysyłała nas po 5 pokojach i w każdym był piekarnik. Obsługa nieprofesjonalna, złośliwa, obrażona że został zgłoszony brak klimatyzacji. Dopiero po interwencji menagera hotelu dostaliśmy inny hotel, w którym mogliśmy spędzić czas komfortowo. Tego hotelu nie polecam. Za to hotel z tej samej sieci przy porcie- super.

Great hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms with nice amenity kit touches. Great rooftop bar with amazing views.

Cons:

If you are 3 people staying in a triple room and each person has a large suitcase - the space is quite tight.

The air conditioning did not function in the room and It took a while before they addressed the issue and I had to raise the problem more than once. In general the staff is polite and kind but not always effective.

Lovely boutique hotel in brilliant location
Pros:

Fantastic location with great facilities and friendly staff. The roof terrace was a bonus and we used it several times.

Cons:

Noisy - we were on the 2nd floor so closer to the street which won’t have helped. On a busy road so traffic noise as you would expect but also lot of party noise over weekend into the early hours. Bring earplugs ☺️

Excelente servicio y destaco al personal de todas las áreas

Cons:

Una sugerencia que no tiene q ver con el hotel pero si con los huéspedes, deberían de llamar la atención con algún anuncio o controlar la zona de la piscina cada cierto tiempo ya que un huésped adulto estadounidense se metió en la piscina con sandalias!!
