Location easy to reach from interstate
After a ling day of traveling we finally reached the hotel. After check in and getting into our room, the TV did not work. We called front desk, and the lady offered new remotes for the TV. The new remotes were not the issue. The TV still did not work. We then asked her if we could request a maintenance worker to come evaluate. She stated she was was only the worker on the property and is unable to leave the front desk. This seems like a big safety issue, doubt that was the case but she was not about to help out anymore. Having a non working tv, is not that big of a deal, we were tired but then requested a courtesy on price she declined. We actually paid an extra 100.00 for this room vs from one week prior on our trip. For spending 253.00 for a room with out a working tv, and no courtesy discount, and no empathy or willingness to try to resolve issue, we will definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time.
Room wasn't properly cleaned. Stain on bed sheets and urine drops on toilet rim.
Location, easy to find.
Perfectly adequate, staff seemed indifferent.
Starbucks was delicious on most days-it was only not good on the Sunday when the ladies said that they could not make the burritos without bacon like we had been receiving the whole weekend and coffee was usually wonderful but on that Sunday for some reason, it tasted old or burnt
Room was the furthest away. There are only mirrors in the bathroom so two people cannot get ready at the same time. They messed up and said that I booked two reservations, but I guess they later found out that it was their new system . we did not have a room with a balcony .The white lady with the ponytail at Starbucks on Friday morning was rude. Luckily the tall African-American gentleman was very customer service oriented, and willing to make a burrito without bacon. They were understaffed so we were willing to go housekeeping. However, room was not even set up with enough supplies to last more than a day. For example, when we arrived, there was a half a roll of toilet paper in our room. And that’s it . Location was not close. And having everything else wrong did not make up for it.
Nothing
Most everything
Starbucks
Room. Mirrors are only in bathroom so hard go get ready. Given a room as far away as possible. Overpriced
Clean. In a good area. Pool was nice..it was quiet.
No coffee or breakfast except from restaurant
The location was great
Location was good. Easy to find with ample parking available. Easy entry with our key card. Didn't care for the breakfast as a lot of it was pre-made stuff and not fresh cooked/baked items. For a semi expensive visit, I would of preferred fresh made burritos, sandwiches, and muffins. Id of also liked a more kid friendly menu, pancakes, waffles...etc There wasn't a whole lot of selection. It wasn't all you can eat. It was 2 hot items (since there was 2 of us) or 4 cold items, and 2 drinks. That was it. If you were still hungry, you had to go buy more food. But at 35$, for the 2 of us, that wasn't going to happen. Id of preferred a cheaper hotel that had more variety of food, that had all you can eat, vs this expensive hotel with limited food options, and limited amounts you can eat. That was the most disappointing thing of our trip. Otherwise, the room was perfect, the bed was comfy, loved the indoor pool and whirlpool, and loved the whirl pool/bathtub in our room. The walk in shower was so elegant, and i loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash being attached to the wall, so I didbt have to worry about tiny bottles and dropping everything. All in all, minus breakfast, it was a great stay.
Breakfast. I dont like bacon, and the burritos were pre-made so I couldn't ask for the bacon to be removed, same with the breakfast sandwiches. My daughter had a dairy allergy, so i couldn't ask for no cheese, or customize it to her liking. There was no real variety, no kids meu like pancakes, waffles, French toast ..etc As much as we paid for the weekend; as much as their food costs at the Bistro, id of expected way better.
Convenient to get to
Did not have USB ports to charge cell phones
Hotel was clean, staff friendly.
The bed was uncomfortable, personal opinion. It was very firm. Hard for me to sleep.
Staff
The HVAC unit didn’t work and stuck on cold air in late November. Staff luckily moved us to another room but it was at 140am
