Una vacanza di relax, paesaggi e natura
Pros:

Splendida location immersa nel verde delle colline Toscane. Piscina a sfioro con vista sulla valle, circondata dal cinguettio degli uccellini e’ l’ idea di relax che mi aspettavo. Cortesia dello staff e Comfort di ogni tipo. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade al check - in con assegnazione di una bella camera vista valle. E’ stata davvero una vacanza rilassante.

Cons:

L’ ho provato solo una sera perché non ho trovato una scelta ampia per quanto riguarda piatti vegetariani che non fossero formaggi, zuppe o ribollita.

Soggiorno decisamente rilassante e all'insegna della cura del corpo.
Pros:

La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale presente. La colazione mi è sembrata più che sufficiente, ma mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Cons:

Presenza bambini, ed anche neonati a volte rumorosi.
Ho notato anche alcune carenze nella "manutenzione" della Struttura rispetto alle esperienze passate.
Trovo inopportuno riportare sul pre-conto gli addebiti delle "mance" in percentuale sulle prestazioni e sulle ricevute extra effettuate, anche se correttamente comunicato che potevano essere eliminate dal conto degli extra da pagare. Che comunque alla fine ho deciso di mantenere.

מלון מצויין בזכות הברכות הטרמיות החמות כשבחוץ קר. הנוף במלון מקסים והחדרים גדולים ומאובזרים. הצוות מאוד שירותי ונעים.

המסעדה של המלון היתה פחות לטעמנו בארוחת הערב אך ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת מאוד.
