Location. Next to an empty lot and abandoned building. Side door of building didn’t lock and not secure. Interior common areas and rooms appeared to never have been updated
It was very clean and comfortable after driving 14 hours!

Staff was unhelpful. And the breakfast was underwhelming compared to other hotels
Safety rails in bathtub area, cleanliness, plenty of parking, adequate restaurants in the area, breakfast was good.
The chairs are VERY worn, the seams are torn and need to be replaced, some of the beds have broken frames and rattle every time you move, our entry door was very scared and scratched, carpets need shampooing or replaced.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
The property is somewhat secluded and outer doors are NOT locked for security!! The room had a moldy smell.
I have to say the mattress of my bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel or any bed. Plush, but not too soft. I would love to know the brand. Maybe it was a mattress pad. Not sure. I was on the second floor in room 229. 😉.
