Good location, ask for room off the first floor I guess?

Honestly, we had a cockroach in our room. I won’t say this is their norm as we knew multiple people in the hotel and we were the lucky ones.

Great place - superb staff and awesome management!
Pros:

The GM, Melissa, was AWSOME !!!! We booked through Priceline and the reservation came thru to HI incorrectly. She made accommodations for the first night (1 room and cot) and got us into the proper room (2 queen beds) for the next two nights.

Cons:

The TV channels were all messed up. Not HI fault but aggravating for guests. everything else was great !

The place was accommodating and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel was located close to our friends' condo which was a plus for us. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good but they didn't have any jam for my toasts!

Cons:

I think that for the money we pay, there should be a minimum daily maid service to include replacing towels and making the beds.

The Breakfast is Absolutely Gross

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The scrambled eggs were hard, the toast was stale, and the yogurt was way too sweet. I don't eat waffles, but the waffle machine was broken. So I wound up eating an orange. That breakfast was so disappointing. For that reason alone I probably wouldn't stay there again. Don't offer something complementary as a perk only to have it taste like shit. Sorry to sound vulgar but that breakfast was absolutely an insult.
