Le spa et la piscine chauffée était très agréable. Le personnel au petit soin et très gentil. Le restaurant super sympa, raffiné et très bon. Un magnifique lieu où se retrouver avec la nature et au calme. MERCI MERCI MERCI.

In grotta, l'uso eccessivo di cellulari per i selfie da parte di alcune persone: ricordavo che anni fa non era consentito portare il cellulare in grotta

Il ristorante e la colazione
La non perfetta pulizia ed il non comfort degli ambienti circostanti le piscine esterne.
I vetri della sauna e bagno turco in quell’area sono rimasti macchiati dagli stessi schizzi d’acqua per tutti e due i giorni
Il bagno -sempre in quella zona -era maleodorante di urina e non disinfettato, non ripulito come dovrebbe essere almeno ogni paio d’ore, visto il passaggio e l’uso di più persone.
C’è poco personale di servizio adibito a questo.
I teloni di plastica bianca e trasparente che circondano l’ingresso della piscina esterna con idromassaggio sono poveri, usurati e non danno idea di pulito.
Non è pensabile dati i costi del soggiorno nella struttura.

La spa assolutamente scadente.
Struttura grande e stupenda, acqua calda alla temperatura giusta. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Camere bellissime e curate in ogni dettaglio. Consiglio di soggiornare alla junior suite 401, perche è davvero stupenda.

Pulizia e cortesia staff
Piscine e terme un po troppo ordinarie
Stupefacente la grotta di per sé.
Di qualità e "all'altezza" il ristorante, con tutto il suo personale.
Molto apprezzato l'upgrade della stanza
La struttura (esclusi bar e ristorante) è in generale lasciata un po' andare, avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione... specialmente la zona termale esterna... insomma, non all'altezza delle stelle (al massimo 4).
Molti elementi dello staff ci hanno lasciati davvero interdetti sia nella cura personale che nel rapporto con il cliente (allibita da un acidissimo "con gli occhiali si leggerebbe" rivolto ad un ospite che chiedeva quale sauna fosse più calda), veramente al limite, mi verrebbe da dire non formati per un 5 stelle. Massaggio (bi buona qualità ) da €130 su telo usa e getta.
In generale poca cura nei dettagli.
Peccato, il potenziale c'è.
