Livello ristorante inferiore a 5 stelle
Belle bâtisse ancienne éloignée du centre ville. Plusieurs piscines dont une grande, chaude avec quelques jets mais peu en rapport avec la taille de la piscine. Les enfants sont acceptés à la piscine donc le calme dépend de l’affluence du jour. Une piscine plus petite est plus calme mais sale et plus froide. Une autre piscine à l’opposé du SPA est disponible en été.
Pas loin de Pistoia pittoresque à visiter.
Bon restaurant le soir mais cher et minimal a niveau des quantités. Aucun plat végétarien. Restaurant bar de la piscine à midi sert des salades mais très long pour le service alors même qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Beaucoup de restaurants alentour mais il faut prendre la voiture. Peu de tables au restaurant le soir donc service étalé entre 19 et 21H. Service rapide et efficace.
L’hôtel accueille les congrès donc possibilité d’une affluence intermittente

Accueil parfait, excellente literie. Ce sont pour moi les seuls points dignes d’un 5*. Le reste n’est clairement pas à la hauteur du prix.
WI FI public limite à certaines heures
Accueil des chiens pour 30€ par jour (au poids semble t’il….) .
Dédale de couloir compliqué pour aller à la piscine sans indication à tel point que le soir, à 19H, quand la piscine ferme, on se retrouve seul dans la pénombre des couloirs à chercher le bon ascenseur et la bonne porte. Le personnel est parti et c’est un peu flippant comme ambiance
Les prestations sont globalement chères pour le service proposé.

The staff were very friendly the room was kept clean and the facility at the hotel were great. Location was a little remote and you would need a taxi to be able to get the nearest train station.
We paid for half board and the dinner menu was very limited. The restaurant food could have been much better.

das Zimmer war dauernd kalt - die Klimaanlage ging nur bis 21 Grad. Entweder sie muss höher eingestellt werden können oder die Fenster müssen ersetzt werden. wir - und wir waren bei weitem nicht die Einzigen - haben im Zimmer dauernd gefroren (April 26). Des weiteren hat uns gestört, dass das Highlight des Hotels - die Thermalgrotte - 50 Euro/Person für 50 Min zusätzlich gekostet hat.
