nice room after upgrade (thank you!). good quality food for breakfast, dinner and at pool cafe. quite county side location. grotta is fun to visit

Relaxing
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and not too busy. Plenty of beds and umbrellas available at the pool at any time of day.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite limited for a 5 star hotel. Extra items such as pancakes and omelettes required an extra cost. Most mornings I had to go and ask for coffee as nobody came to my table to take my order. The coffee took a long time to arrive once it was ordered. I would say it is more a 4 star hotel due to the breakfast situation. We also didn’t eat once in the hotel for dinner as the restaurant food was quite limited.
I also didn’t like when we checked in to the hotel that the receptionist recommended a 5% tip at end of stay, he said this is what is generally people are adding on at end of stay. Tipping is generally discretionary in Italy but I felt pressured to do so.

L’accoglienza ottima, arrivavamo da un bel viaggetto in macchina e siamo stati accolti benissimo alla reception. Personale molto disponibile. Cercavamo calma e relax ed è quello che abbiamo trovato .

Hotel agradable , aguas termales y descanso. Ojo con la propina que incluyen al hacer el check out.

Entorno agradable. Buenas instalaciones termales y del Spa.

Cons:

Tuvieron un detalle feo al hacer el check out. Incluyen por defecto una propina del 5% en todo lo que gastes allí, incluida la habitación. Si no preguntas al ver el detalle no te avisan. Es verdad que una vez que preguntas te dicen que lo puedes quitar si no quieres. En cualquier caso me parece mala praxis para un hotel 5 estrellas.
