La spa assolutamente scadente.
Hotel di altissimo livello in ogni particolare.
La SPA ( riservata agli ospiti dell'hotel ) non di pari livello.
Struttura grande e stupenda, acqua calda alla temperatura giusta. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Camere bellissime e curate in ogni dettaglio. Consiglio di soggiornare alla junior suite 401, perche è davvero stupenda.
Complimenti al direttore per come gestisce in maniera impeccabile questo magnifico hotel 5 stelle.

Piscine e terme un po troppo ordinarie
Stupefacente la grotta di per sé.
Di qualità e "all'altezza" il ristorante, con tutto il suo personale.
Molto apprezzato l'upgrade della stanza
La struttura (esclusi bar e ristorante) è in generale lasciata un po' andare, avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione... specialmente la zona termale esterna... insomma, non all'altezza delle stelle (al massimo 4).
Molti elementi dello staff ci hanno lasciati davvero interdetti sia nella cura personale che nel rapporto con il cliente (allibita da un acidissimo "con gli occhiali si leggerebbe" rivolto ad un ospite che chiedeva quale sauna fosse più calda), veramente al limite, mi verrebbe da dire non formati per un 5 stelle. Massaggio (bi buona qualità ) da €130 su telo usa e getta.
In generale poca cura nei dettagli.

The termal area is really really old (70s) not well equipped, full of mould. Very uncomfortable. Very very disappointing. I think they should not have 5 stars.

Era la seconda volta a Grotta Giusti in due periodi diversi dell’anno. Mi è piaciuto tutto: hotel , Spa, servizi. Un pensiero per Nazareno che ci ha fatto fare nella Grotta una seconda esperienza unica . Grazie

staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera molto bella e colazione ottima. Ci è stata data una camera di livello superiore rispetto a quella prenotata.
piscina interna chiusa per lavori (senza avercelo comunicato prima), rumore dei lavori durante il massaggio rilassante (pagato 130€) e ancora rumore dei lavori nell'area relax.
Parte della struttura è trasandata, come alcune zone comuni con muri scrostati e la piscina esterna con rivestimento ammalorato.
