Pros:

So near in shopping center. I love the location.
I want to commend the receptionist specially Tsuduki 💙 thank you for being so helpful i really appreciate you. Will definitely choose to stay there again because of you. Thank you as well Sugimara.

Cons:

The breakfast, same everyday. Hopefully they change the menu atleast every other day.

Amabilidad del personal, muy bien ubicado, desayuno buffet muy básico pero estaba bien , en general cumple todo lo expuesto en el ofrecimiento del hotel.

Pros:

地理位置非常不錯，距離長堀橋/心齋橋站都是5-7分鐘左右～
去道頓堀也算是蠻近的！每天都在那邊逛街
樓下有LAWSON、附近有不少吃的，隨便找應該都可以吃到美味的東西
服務人員知道我們不會說日文，也很努力用英語溝通（其實還蠻順利？不會的人應該不用太擔心因為我是真的完全不會）
早餐也還不錯，就是個人不太習慣
公用空間很乾淨、備品齊全
房內空間算是大的，可以打開兩個二十吋的行李箱和一個行李袋
相對浴室就會比較小，但我覺得還行

Cons:

再往前過去一條街，晚上的時候大概就是個蠻亂的地方
（不確定那是什麼店，看起來應該是夜店吧，令人感覺不太安全，介意的人就盡量避開那邊吧）　
還有真心建議要洗衣服的人請到附近的自助洗衣店...洗過一次，烘了很久衣服只有半乾
甚至有其他國家的旅客抱怨她也遇到一樣的問題
不過如果是只是暫住或有足夠衣服的人可以忽略這個缺點
