Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage!

Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals an der Rezeption

Cons:

Am reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet wurde leider kein Brot, wie es nördlich der Salurner Klause üblich ist, angeboten.
Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es für Tee (und Kaffee) nicht nur Tassen sondern auch keine Karaffen gegeben hätte.
Das Reisegepäck wurde ganz offensichtlich im hoteleigenen Depot von fremder Hand durchsucht (Positionierung war anders, Reißveschlüsse des deponierten Rucksacks waren geöffnet - es waren keine Wertsachen im Depot).

Una notte di lavoro a Trento
Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicino alla stazione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L'hotel ha una hall e un bar molto molto belli, staff molto gentile, colazione buona. Letti comodissimi

Cons:

Unica nota negativa che mi sento di condividere è l'acqua! Siete un 4 stelle lasciate una bottiglia di acqua free in camera, non trovo più accettabile che nel 2026 un 4 stelle non metta a disposizione una bottiglietta di acqua in camera. Per carità, nel frigo bar ce n'erano due, ma l'acqua di cortesia ci dovrebbe essere come ci sono gli asciugamani e il kit di cortesia in bagno.

Neuf, spacieux, moderne. Proche d’une station de métro. Bonne literie bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Il manque une chaise ou un fauteuil dans la chambre pour s’asseoir ailleurs que sur son lit.
