Posizione eccezionale, davvero il punto di forza della struttura. Il buffet della colazione è sufficientemente ricco, anche se a mio parere mancherebbero delle torte fatte in casa e una maggiore varietà nella proposta da un giorno all’altro.

Cons:

La camera risulta purtroppo datata. Sarebbe necessario un rinnovamento generale, dai mobili ai termosifoni. Un dettaglio su tutti: la pulsantiera digitale sul comodino per gestire luci e temperatura. Se negli anni '90 poteva sembrare una scelta innovativa, oggi a trent'anni di distanza ,la tecnologia andrebbe decisamente aggiornata per essere al passo con i tempi. E se non la si vuole aggiornare molto meglio rimuoverla del tutto.
Servizi 4 Stelle: In una struttura di questa categoria, l'assenza di una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto in camera è una mancanza grave.
L'accoglienza è risultata un po' impersonale.

La struttura è davvero splendida, secondo me, soprattutto nel periodo natalizio.
La posizione è ottima per parco, centro, mercatini e castello.
Gentilissimo lo staff e confortevole la camera.
Ottimo anche il parcheggio coperto, sebbene da pagare "on top".

Cons:

Unico neo, per il livello della struttura, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla colazione, sia in termini di varietà che in termini di adeguatezza delle dotazioni per far fronte al numero di ospiti.

Il mio soggiorno al Grand Hotel Trento è stato davvero impeccabile. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e molto confortevole, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che fa davvero la differenza. Il personale è gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni o assistenza.
La colazione è ottima: varia, abbondante e con prodotti freschi. Anche la posizione dell’hotel è perfetta per visitare Trento, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni.
Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca qualità, comfort e un servizio eccellente.
