Un hotel de gran turismo, con una ubicación estratégica y buen servicio
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, especialmente para nosotros que llegamos en tren, a un par de cuadras de la estación y cerca de todos los lugares de interés.
El personal muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos.
El bufete muy completo

Cons:

Es un hotel bueno que se ve que tuvo sus mejores años una o dos décadas atrás.

El hotel y las habitaciones estan alfombradas y en algunas partes estas ya están desgastadas

Pros:

Die Lage ist super: ganz nahe beim Bahnhof, vor dem Hotel ein Park und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Frühstück sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.
Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel.
Trient ist eine absolut sehenswerte Stadt, für einen Aufenthalt von einigen Tagen sehr geeignet.

Excellent hotel in Trento! Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Everything! Very comfortable bed and room, breakfast was included and was excellent, we even had a takeaway bag prepared for us the day we checked out as we had an early departure. Staff all very professional, friendly and helpful. Location was great too, close enough to the station and old town centre.

Pros:

L'emplacement en face de la gare de Trente est exceptionnel, et la carte "Trentiono" offerte par l'hôtel nous a offert des rabais et des entrées gratuites à plusieurs attractions de Trente. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, et la vue des environs de l'hôtel était également exceptionnelle.

Hermosa Trento
Pros:

Ubicación , a un paso del centro. Asimismo la jerarquía de sus instalaciones , hermosas áreas de estar con un gusto refinado.

Cons:

Se que es mucho pedir, pero un toque más de simpatía en la recepción ( aclaro que no todos). Muy agradable y simpatíca recepcionista de ojos claros,no recuerdo su nombre ya que no era común. Muy correcto el Sr de noche.

Nice Hotel but Need to Improve Coffee
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, and we liked the parking garage. The room was comfortable though somewhat cramped and lacking in electrical plugs. Breakfast was good, other than the terrible coffee.

Cons:

The hotel should do better for coffee. Our room advertised a coffee/tea maker, and the hotel’s responses (a few months ago) to previous comments said they were working on getting coffee makers in all rooms, so we assumed there would be a coffee maker. We had a tea kettle and one package of instant coffee (and one package of decaf instant). The coffee in the breakfast room was terrible, and we were told that espresso from the bar was not included with our breakfast package. Very disappointing. We paid enough for the rooms with breakfast that they should be providing good coffee. This is Italy after all. I asked the bar for some milk to put in coffee that I made with my own supplies in the room. They told me there were some capsules of creamer in the room (there weren’t) and they charged me 3 euros for a small glass of milk. There is a Nespresso store a block away from the hotel - they should buy Nespresso machines for all the rooms.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage; komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr schönes und ästhetisches Hotel, unweit vom Bahnhof und Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut.
