Quiet Night Stay
Pros:

Older place. Room had been remodeled nicely. Budget friendly. Small bathroom. Bathroom towels small in size compared to other hotels. Wish we would have asked for another towel or two. Bed comfortable. One restaurant within walking distance.

Actually, there was nothing I liked about this day, I switched rooms twice, property was filthy, first room was filled with bugs, earwigs a aphids, etc., stained sheets, everything was dirty, couldn’t use the coffee maker full of dirt and bug droppings, second room I was moved into wasn’t much better, but I live several hundred miles away and was scheduled to watch an event in two hours so I could not change locations. Abandoned vehicles in the parking lot airbags deployed, actually looked like a rundown apartment complex, swimming pool was green all around bad experience will never stay there again.

Cons:

Rooms were full of bugs, worn out sheets and pillowcases, very dirty very old not very well maintained hallways were filthy. Rugs were stained soiled full of debris, the hallways were hot and to offset that they had windows open, but with no screens in them, so the hallways were full of bugs as well just an all-around bad experience as I said, previously look like a rundown apartment complex, abandoned cars, coffee maker in the room was so filthy. I couldn’t use it. Coffee station in the main hallway had no coffee, no cream no sugar pool water was green no towels.(I wouldn’t have swim in it anyway.) switched from one filthy room to one less filthy room, but still all in all a bad experience give it a minus one for being a corporate hotel extremely disappointed.

Is this supposed to be low-income housing?
Pros:

While the employees were pleasant, I would not hire their contractor or cleaning crew. The floors were filthy. I had to kill 2-3 large earwigs every day, which means they were coming in from somewhere. Additionally, the last three evenings were extremely noisy, making the stay even worse.

Save your $175 a night for the room, not worth it
Pros:

Well, let me sort it out with saying the room had blood stains on the wall. The door locks are broken ,offered continental breakfast, which was not available at the time.$75 extra for an early check-in by 20 minutes 3 o’clock. The toilet was loose. The bathroom is dated. For $175 a night it’s a rip off. I would not stay there again. The Bar restaurant next-door was great although and I enjoyed the dinner there and a few cocktails.

Pros:

Pool area, and the staff were great and friendly. They even met us at the room to make sure we found our way.

Cons:

The sheets on the bed were stained and there was hair on the pillow covers.

TERRIBLE! Will NEVER stay here again
Pros:

So many things went wrong during our stay. Waited 10-15 mins for help at the front desk when we arrived. Once we got into our room, we noticed hair & stains on the sheets. Got moved to another room which was just as bad. It was midnight & we were desperate for sleep so we slept on top of the bedspread, used towels as blankets, & lined the pillows with extra tshirts we had packed. Sinks, toilets, tub & floor all had hair. Walls & doors had smear marks of God knows what on them. You can tell no effort was made to clean at all. Will NEVER stay here again.

the price, but then found out it reflected the condition of the property

Cons:

very dirty, unkept, doors falling off hinges, room was dirty and hotel was dirty like it was abandoned. trash laying in the hall, old matrices leaning outside
