The indoor pool and spa tub in room were great
The reviews on line didn't prepare me for what I saw while there but I managed so it was cool
Location, price, beds clean, towels clean
Shower was hot with pressure.
Deluxe double bed room was spacious
Floors left white socks brown, dirty.
Hair/dirt still present on the floors in bathroom.
Hotel smelled in hallways (pot, smoke)
Nothing
Cold room, thinnest blankets ever, smells, remote didn’t work. Moved but still had problems. Garbage in the hallway outside of rooms.
So many things went wrong during our stay. Waited 10-15 mins for help at the front desk when we arrived. Once we got into our room, we noticed hair & stains on the sheets. Got moved to another room which was just as bad. It was midnight & we were desperate for sleep so we slept on top of the bedspread, used towels as blankets, & lined the pillows with extra tshirts we had packed. Sinks, toilets, tub & floor all had hair. Walls & doors had smear marks of God knows what on them. You can tell no effort was made to clean at all. Will NEVER stay here again.
the price, but then found out it reflected the condition of the property
very dirty, unkept, doors falling off hinges, room was dirty and hotel was dirty like it was abandoned. trash laying in the hall, old matrices leaning outside
Good location
Dirty. Rugs were not vacuumed at all. Bathroom light didn’t work and there was no light cover on it to begin with. Blankets were flimsy thin. Fitted sheet was filled with old sticky stains.
Was just looking for a place to sleep and we couldn’t even do that. Bed was broken in and springs breaking in my back, the mattress was so worn down I had to keep moving to center of bed, which woke my husband up all night, food under the bed from previous guests, we were so grossed out we didn’t even want to sleep under the blanket. The floor kept coming up; subfloor exposed. Garbage all outside the window. Not worth it- no matter how little time you plan on spending.
The owners are very accommodating and care about their customers not just as a business
That's very hard to find these days in this world. O would give them 10 stars if I could.
No complaints!!!
The pool...staff was frendly...
Pillows... bed was hard as a box spring... TV was hanging off the dresser. Asked for first floor but nope. Even though the two days i stayed there was no one in muiltpule floor room. Only kniw because i called and asked and the curtins were open. But didn't see any bugs. Not great but not bad.
The location.
Towels sheets, pillowcases, linens, floors, and fixtures we’re not properly cleaned and prepared for a guest.
No TV remote in room. When reported to front desk they couldn't help.
Dirty/wet towels in room.
The pool was a good temperature and looked clean.
There are mice and mice droppings in the room. The front desk was unapologetic and referred me to the owner who I attempted to reach 4 times but with no luck.
I made a reservation through booking.com and was charged for the one night through booking.com. I called the day before my reservation asking if my room would be available that day so I could check in a day early. The lady I spoke to said it wouldn't be a problem and she put me down for the second day which was an early check-in day. I told her I had already paid for my initial reservation through booking.com and she said I would only need to pay for the early check-in day. She was pleasant and helpful.
When I arrived on the 9th for my early check-in day, the man working at the desk tried to turn me away and discourage me from getting a room. I told him I had a reservation already for the 10th but I'm checking in a day early and that I had already spoke to the lady earlier today and set up the extra day/early check-in day. He said that I couldn't because the heat isn't working and the sliding doors don't open automatically and also why it's so cold in the lobby. I asked him if the heat is working in the rooms and he said yes, everything is fine in the rooms, it's just cold in the lobby. I said I'm not staying over night in the lobby so why does that matter, as long as everything in my room is working, that's all I care about. Then he proceeded to check me in, and I told him I already paid for the 10th through booking.com and I just need to pay for the 9th. He said it doesn't show that I paid for the 10th so he charged me for both days, the 9th and the 10th. The next week I looked at my bank statement and sure enough, I was charged twice for my December 10th stay. I called the Red Roof Inn to try to resolve the over charge and the man I spoke to said I would have to call booking.com and do a three-way call so they can confirm to them that I paid at the time I made the reservation, and then Red Roof Inn would refund me. To this day (a month and 2 days later) I still haven't been refunded.
everything was normal. except for some lady i think works there... was always yelling at someone. but i also noticed when i walked by they had 2 dogs in there, and i couldn't help but see multiple piles of dog poop and the room was a mess.
