Foi decepcionante.
Pros:

A Atendente do check out até mesmo quando negava algo mostrava empatia e simpatia assim como a equipe do café e da limpeza.

Cons:

A relação custo benefício não me agradou. O atendente do checkin com toda a razão me cobrou documentos adicionais para hospedagem de menor de idade mas depois parecia que ele era o cliente. Se demonstrou sem empatia.
