clean place near the bus station
Pros:

I chose this hotel because of the location, walking distance from the bus station. Staff is lovely and very helpful, breakfast is fine. The place is safe and my room was clean.

Cons:

The negative side of being near the bus station is the great number of homeless people wandering around the area, particularly during the weekend when shops and other businesses are closed. It seems they take over the streets even during the day. I am an old lady traveling by myself and I felt a bit uncomfortable. Nothing bad happened though!

Preço contratado no booking nao corresponde a realidade, na reserva costa estacionamento privativo e ai realizar o check in fui informado de uma taxa de 25,00 reais para estacionar no próprio estacionamento do hotel (que estava vazio), quarto com ar condicionado muito velho, de janela, sem manutenção e com um ruído extremo, impossível utilizar, o mesmo ainda fica posicionado na cabeceira da cama, na altura da cama, horrível!!
No café da manhã, tinha 2 pães que a pessoa da frente acabou pegando e eu fiquei sem, tendo que esperar alguém ir na padaria buscar mais. Ralo do banheiro entupido, ao tomar banho molhou o quarto inteiro.

A hospedagem não é sofisticada, mas atende às necessidades e proporciona uma estadia satisfatória. A localização facilita os deslocamentos, e o ambiente é organizado e limpo. A acomodação é confortável, e o café da manhã simples, mas satisfaz. No geral, é uma opção funcional, que entrega o essencial.

Cons:

Como ponto de atenção, o valor da diária pareceu um pouco desproporcional ao que foi entregue, especialmente considerando que o hotel já demanda algumas atualizações porém, nada que comprometa a experiência.
