Pros:

Сервис высокого уровня, забота при заселении, решение всех возникших проблем при проживании в отеле. Пользовались зоной спа (бассейн, сауна и тд), там абсолютная чистота и красота. Завтраки шикарные! Напитки (свежевыжатые соки), семга, ростбиф, блюда разных кухонь. Номера функциональные и уютные, вид супер.
Расположение, кстати, было самое приятное для нас. Район тихий, зеленый, птички поют. Пешком по кварталу гулять одно удовольствие!

Cons:

Есть износ на мебели и стенах, и он заметный. Но это ничуть нас не расстроило, возможно будет заметно для более щепетильных гостей.

Идеальный отель за эту цену
Pros:

Прекрасный отель, красивые номера, вкусный и весьма разнообразный завтрак, особенно порадовал копченый лосось и местные пельмени, персонал крайне вежливый, бассейн чистый и действительно совсем не пахнет хлоркой. Сауну нашли не сразу, оказывается они ращдельные для женщин и мужчин, не в общей зоне, учитывайте это. Да и в целом соотношение цена/качество очень хорошее, ибо выбор между блю на пудуне и коллекшн на синьго за одинаковую цену очевиден.
Подушки тоже отдельный восторг, дают 3 разжной жесткости. И кроватки для детей удобные. + Классное ночное освещение со светодиодной лентой под шкафами.
Ну и напоследок отмечу огромную парковую территорию отеля, по которой как раз идеально прогуляться с ребенком, а так же вид у парк-вью номеров. С таким видом нет смысла забираться на телебашню)

Cons:

Претензия только к локации и не с точки зрения удобства перемещения.
Если вы аллергик или имеете проблемы с насморком, например ринит - то при выборе локации в октябре стоит подумать дважды, с одной стороны, очень красивый и тихий район, до метро всего 8-15 минут пешком, с другой, как раз на улице синьго как и в остальной части французской концессии высажено огромное количество Османтуса, это вот растение, излучающее сладкий персиково-лимонный запах, первые 2 дня он будет приятен, после чего с высокой вероятностью начнется сильнейшая аллергическая реакция, т.к. его цветение как раз в середине октября весьма масштабное.

Comfortable hotel in excellent location, we loved exploring the many boutique shops and restaurants around the hotel on foot. Beautiful marble bathroom, bathtub had view overlooking Shanghai. Comfortable huge bed and helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

It wasn't possible to open any windows in the room for fresh air. Breakfast at 10am felt very rushed (it was meant to be until 10:30) with staff not wanting us to use toaster (presumably so it cools down), packing up food, no fresh orange juice left etc

Very nice hotel to stay in French concession area, almost city center. Room was very spaced, great jacuzzi, window view to night city light. I was celebrating my birthday, and received birthday cake from hotel staff. Also received room upgrade, which was great surprise for me. Grateful for my wonderful and comfy staying. It was fairy tale ✨🌹

The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but unfortunately, my stay was a bit disappointing due to the thin walls—it was quite noisy at night. The room was also a bit smaller than expected. However, the cleanliness was decent. Hope they can improve the soundproofing for a better experience.

Pros:

Hotelli on ensiluokkainen ja sitä ympäröi ihana puisto. Huoneet ovat tilavat, siistit ja sängyt aivan superhyvät. Lähistöllä on erilaisia ravintoloita ja hotellin edustalla on pieni ulkoterassi. Tällä alueella on kauniita katuja ja rakennuksia vanhalta siirtomaa-ajalta. Jing'an temppelille kävelee puolessa tunnissa Huashan Roadia pitkin. Vaahterat kurottuvat teiden yli kauniina ja viilentävänä viherkattona. Palvelu tässä hotellissa on ensiluokkaista. Kuntosali ja hyvänkokoinen uima-allas tekevät kuntoilun tosi käteväksi. Uima-altaan yhteydessä on pieni oikea sauna kiukaineen. Siihen voi siis ihan heittää vettä ja se tuo hauskan tuulahduksen Suomesta. Välillä voi vaihtaa höyrysaunaan. Ota uimapuku mukaan! Hotelli on useamman kilometrin kilometrin päässä Kansanaukiolta, mutta taksilla sinne hurauttaa 25 minuutissa. Metroasemia löytyy myös 10 min. kävelymatkan päästä. Itse hurautin taksilla toiseen suuntaan ja tulin takaisin kävellen. Tämän hotellin vahvuus on ihana puisto ja mahdollisuus rauhoittua tohinan keskellä, hyvät sängyt, erinomainen palvelu ja amme huoneessa. Hotellissa on hää- ja juhlahotellin estetiikkaa ja juhlavuutta. Korkeassa tuloaulassa soi lltaisin klassinen musiikki livenä. Nautin tästä hotellista ihan suunnattomasti ja olen jo palannut tänne uudelleen!
