Hay un restaurante y un bar que esta cerrado, por lo que no hay mucha opción a mano. El desayuno no es para tirar cohetes.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schöne saubere Zimmer, angenehmes Bett, für mich die perfekte Lage weil Familie ums Eck, aber auch sonst sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn und Zentrum. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist empfehlenswert
Gute Betten und Kissen
Perfekte Lage

Cons:

Im Zimmer war ein ungewohnter Geruch, evt. Reinigungsmittel.
Die Fenster gingen schwer zu öffnen und die Alu Rahmen waren unschön in die Jahre gekommen
Der Hoteleingangsbereich wirkt unsauber und sehr unattraktiv

Lage am Gasteig, wir waren auf einem Konzert. Und trotzdem ganz nah am Zentrum.

Terrible stay – misleading property and nonexistent service

The hotel is located in a strategic position for getting around the city

Cons:

I booked this hotel because the photos on Booking clearly showed a room with a kitchenette, which I urgently needed due to food allergies. On arrival, there was no kitchen at all — misleading advertising with no explanation offered.
After two days, I emailed management to report the extremely high temperature in the room — impossible to adjust — and the smell coming from the trash, which became worse precisely because of the heat. I asked for a simple towel change and for the trash to be removed. I received no reply.
At reception, I was told that room cleaning “is not included”. The result: five days with no cleaning, no fresh towels, and trash left in the room. A fridge smelling of mold and cobwebs in the corners completed the picture.
I paid a significant amount for a stay that was unacceptable on every level. Absolutely not recommended.

Great stay clean room friendly staff I would definitely come back :-)
Pros:

Room was clean warm and fully functioning.
I enjoyed the views and the I liked how I had a little balcony to myself. Great kitchen and sink too. Very quiet - good insulation.

Cons:

Sometimes it was getting too warm in the room. It was not easy to find where to turn the heating down. The ventilation in the bathroom was too loud but when the door was closed it was ok.
