Pros:

Breakfast seemed expensive, but then I'll realized Munchen everything is expensive 😂 and it looked really great, I am not a big breakfast person but other wise I would have paid the money, it seemed worth it.

Das beworbene Mineralwasser, frische Handtücher, Zimmerreinigung: alles nur auf explizite Nachfrage, wenig kundenorientiert.
Trotz vorheriger schriftlicher Nachfrage nach Parkmöglichkeiten kein Hinweis auf die aktuelle Baustellensituation und den Wegfall von kostengünstigen Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Tiefgarage sehr verwinkelt, eng und teuer, hohes Risiko, mit einem größeren oder breiteren PKW (mit Fahrradträger) irgendwo anzuecken,
Personal beim Einchecken und Zugang zur Tiefgarage sehr umständlich: bei schweißtreibenden Temperaturen mehr als 30 Minuten gewartet! Ständiges Rangieren im Baustellenbereich, bis die Parksituation endlich geklärt war...
Bad sehr eng, alles arg in die Jahre gekommen

Pros:

The location is great. Close to metro stop and several tram stops. Breakfast was really wonderful 😋 the staff at front desk and breakfast is lovely.

Cons:

We had to BEG for a cleaning after 3 nights (we stayed 7 nights) they seem to be really stingy with that. The heat was unbearable, but that's my fault for booking a place with no A/C...

Odalar genişti.

Cons:

Odalarda klima yok. Resepsiyonu aramak için telefon yok. Duşta şampuan harici hiç bir şey yok. Banyo da havalandırma yok. Sadece vantilatör koymuşlar, sıcak olduğu için pencereleri açıyoruz sineklik yok her yer sinek, böcek. Her gün temizlik istiyorsan her gün ayrı ayrı resepsiyona söylemen gerekiyor. 2 kere söylediğimiz halde yapılmadı. Telefon da olmadığı için aşağıya inip temiz havluları kendimiz aldık. Asla f/p değil.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, Ausstattung war ok, uns hat leider die Klimaanlage gefehlt, der Ventilator war zwar ok, aber man konnte diesen nachts unmöglich laufen lassen( war zu laut) und das Fenster konnte man nicht kippen, mussten leider mit komplett offenen Fenster schlafen ( Lärmpegel) Sonst waren wir aber rundum zufrieden. Uns wurde alles gut erklärt, sehr freundlich und das Frühstück, hatte alles was das Herz begehrt.

Ottima posizione e personale disponibile, ma con qualche segno del tempo.
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale: Il centro di Monaco è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di soli 10 minuti. Inoltre, avendo noleggiato un'auto, siamo riusciti a trovare parcheggio nelle strade circostanti con un po' di pazienza.

Staff e Servizi: La reception è aperta h24 e il personale si è rivelato sempre gentile e disponibile. La struttura è curata nei dettagli e comodamente servita da ascensori. Molto apprezzato il servizio di cambio coperte e asciugamani su richiesta.

La Camera: I letti sono risultati davvero comodi e il bagno è spazioso e ben tenuto. L'angolo cottura è piccolino, ma nel complesso funzionale per le necessità di base.

Cons:

La disattenzione sulle pulizie: La nota più negativa riguarda la nostra penultima notte. La mattina avevamo espressamente richiesto il rifacimento della camera e del letto, ma rientrando la sera, dopo un'intera giornata fuori, abbiamo trovato tutto esattamente come lo avevamo lasciato. Forse hanno evitato il servizio essendo la nostra ultima notte, ma rientrare in una stanza pulita ci avrebbe fatto piacere.

Segni del tempo: Strutturalmente si nota che l'edificio è un po' datato. In particolare, la moquette in camera emanava un odore un po' strano, inoltre non c'è l'aria condizionata quindi tocca stare sempre davanti al ventilatore per rendere la stanza vivibile (d'estate).

La vista: La finestra si affaccia direttamente su altri palazzi residenziali, quindi non offre un panorama particolare (anche se in città è una cosa da mettere in conto), però visto il prezzo: ci sta.

Gute zentrale Lage, aber Baustelle vor der Türe. Offenbar werden Fernwärmeleitungen verlegt. Kann zwar das Hotel nichts dafür, könnte man jedoch auch publik machen.

Null Service im Hotel !
Keine Minibar, geschweige denn eine Bar (Hotelankunft, Freitag. 22.10 Uhr nach einem Konzert - Hätte gerne noch etwas gegessen bzw. getrunken)
Vorkasse gleich beim Einchecken => Unterirdisch, vertraut man den Gästen nicht ???
Personal wenig hilfreich: Bitte nach Taxi-Bestellung an der Rezeption (zwischendurch KI Sprachassistent - ÄTZEND) - Mitarbeiterin gab zu erkennen, dass die Kollegen, die dafür zuständig sind, dzt. in einer Besprechung sind, sie würde meine Bitte an diese jedoch weiterleten. "Herrlich" unkonkret, da Taxi eine Stunde später benötigt wurde....
Hotel macht insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Renovierung wäre erforderlich !

Pros:

Personnel gentil, accueillant et à l’écoute

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir d’application sur la TV (netflix, YouTube..) et partage d’écran avec le téléphone et la TV qui ne fonctionne pas.
