Deludente
Pros:

L’unica cosa positiva dell’hotel è la posizione.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati all’hotel e innanzitutto per accedere alle stanze con le valigie grandi abbiamo dovuto far due rampe di scale perché non è provvisto di ascensore. Quindi non per niente comodo. Arrivati in “stanza” (era un buco se soffri di claustrofobia non riesci a dormire) abbiamo riscontrato cattivo odore e il bagno vecchio, con il box doccia del 1518, aveva anche lo scarico del water che non funzionava. Abbiamo subito chiamato lo staff, è arrivata la signora che con un metodo di mio cugggino ha “sistemato” lo scarico. Il mattino seguente siamo andati a fare colazione, una colazione misera per non parlare dell’odore stantio presente nella sala da colazione. Il secondo giorno torniamo in hotel la sera e notiamo che la vaschetta del water è completamente rotta, il tubo cedeva e perdeva acqua. Chiamo subito lo staff al telefono che mi dice “io ieri ho aggiustato, e ora non posso fare niente” andiamo a dormire quindi con lo scarico che continua a perdere acqua, il mattino dopo ci dicono che ci avrebbero spostato di stanza. Sicuramente la loro unica attrattiva è che è uno dei prezzi più bassi nei dintorni di Venezia. Ma comunque 450€ per 3 notti d’inferno non ne valgano la pena.

Ruhig und gemütlich
Pros:

Die Lage auf Murano ist ganz toll. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Auch das Zimmer hatte eine vernünftige Größe, aber viele Treppen bis dahin.
Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Die Verbindung nach Murano mit dem Vaporetto ist auch sehr gut.

Ruhige Lage, sauber, gut beheizt, schön eingerichtet, freundlicher Gastgeber.
Dies war bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt im Hotel, weil ich mich da zu Hause fühle.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine. Das Hotel hatte nur eine Selbstbedienungsmaschine, die nur teilweise geniessbaren Kaffee hergab.

Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Lift-Koffer muss man selber die steilen Treppen hinaufschleppen- Frühstück gibt es nur bis 9h !!! Keine Eier keine Proteine- Zimmer extrem schmutzig - Wasser ist ausgefallen als ich unter der Dusche stand- anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, hat der Rezeptionist nur darauf gedrängt, dass ich das Zimmer verlasse - wie verrückt an die Türe geklopft und laut gerufen-für Checkout- ich war 15min über Checkout time, nachdem es in der Früh kein Fliesswasser gab. Koffer kann nicht deponiert werden, da Rezeption nach Frühstückszeit geschlossen wird-das absurdeste Hotel, das ich je erleben durfte- Extrem hellhörig- man hört jedes Wort des Nachbarzimmers!

Pros:

La posizione, la tranquillità della stanza e la facilità di prenotazione sono stati determinanti. Non abbiamo utilizzato molto la camera, ma ci siamo trovati bene. Colazione essenziale, in rispondenza alla gestione familiare della struttura.

Cons:

Magari la posizione delle camere, nel nostro caso poco facile da raggiungere in caso di problemi fisici. Anche la comodità del letto che non era molto elevata, magari aggiungendo un topper potrebbe migliorare.

Ottimo soggiorno, struttura e colazione ottima, e personale gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

Ottima posizione sull'isola di Murano. Tra l'altro ci sono coop e farmacie vicine per qualsiasi esigenza. Con il vaporetto è facilissimo ragggiungere le altre isole e Venezia.

Cons:

La camera un pò piccola ma ben riscaldata e letto comodo.

Pros:

Colazione modestissima e in un ambiente sottodimensionato (d'inverno) per un costo a notte di €.200
Posizione discreta. Dotazioni bagno appena sufficienti.

Cons:

Non è un Hotel ma un BB, scomodo su vari piani, modestamente gestito dai soli titolari, senza alcuna personalizzazione del servizio. Nemmeno bottiglietta d'acqua in camera.
