Location, helpful staff, comfortable accommodations
The room and bathroom are very clean.
The first night it got very hot in the room and the next morning I called and someone came to check the air conditioner and he found that the breaker had tripped. I’m t was this way when we got there, I think someone should make sure everything is working when a guest is about to arrive at a hotel.
It’s in an area where there is a lot of people and it’s very loud, you can hear everything that’s going on outside.

Not much. Very small and outdated
Room was very small and uncomfortable. Noise from the street was at all times of the night. Bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was extremely small, even for myself a woman 130 pounds. My son had a difficult time showering. I will never stay here again.
Breakfast good, although fresh fruit salad would be a lot better than tinned. Choice was wide ranging and generally good. Buffet help yourself. Offered 20% voucher for evening meal at restaurant, so we took that on one day.
minibar noisy and very small. Hardly worth having it. Air con wasn't working on arrival.
So clean and nice. Close to everything.
The roof top bar was nice .
Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was great.
Comfortable. Great location
Breakfast was adequate but could be a little more varied
Fantastic location and staff and the breakfast was fab! It was a few steps from Trevi fountain.
I liked everything!

Disappointing Stay for the Price
We stayed five nights at Hotel Delle Nazioni in what was advertised as the largest suite with a terrace, paying approximately $1,000 per night. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price point or expectations.
The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location—just steps from the Trevi Fountain, which was fantastic. Beyond that, there were several disappointments.
The suite lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, and even a bottle opener. When I called to request an iron, I was told none were available. We also brought a bottle of wine to enjoy on our terrace and were surprised when the rooftop terrace staff refused to open it for us. For a property charging these rates, that level of service felt very strange.
The front desk staff appeared disengaged throughout our stay. Rarely did anyone greet us, and it often seemed as though employees were sitting behind the desk on their phones rather than interacting with guests.
The room itself showed noticeable wear and tear, with scuff marks throughout the walls. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and gave the impression that management is not paying attention to details.
The restaurant was another major disappointment. It was consistently empty, which should have been a warning sign. The food was among the worst we’ve experienced during our travels in Italy. Breakfast was acceptable, but the coffee was surprisingly the worst we had during our entire trip.
The one bright spot was the waiter on the rooftop terrace. He was professional, friendly, and provided the only memorable service experience during our stay.
Overall, this hotel relies heavily on its prime location. At this price point, we expected much better service, maintenance, amenities, and dining. We would not stay here again.
Great location, lovely staff, especially the man who made us cappuccinos at breakfast and great outdoor space.
Bed uncomfortable but quickly resolved by staff with a topper wouldn’t have normally moaned but we were staying 6 nights.
Unfortunately the outdoor space was not open very much due to weather great shame.
Great location
The hotel is older but well kept. It would be a historic place to stay. It is located in a very busy area, so beware. However we had no issues. Lots of restaurants around and one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever seen which was included in our nights stay. The bed was super comfy and the staff were pleasant. Overall location is very central to all the attractions.
Location and helpful staff
Nothing
Great location!!
Rooms are on the small side, but adequate!
Location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff rooftop bar was wonderful
Insbesondere hat uns die hervorragende Lage indirekter Nähe des Brunnen gefallen. Zum Pantheon 600 m, zur spanischen Treppe 600 m, zur Piazza Venezia 400 m und so weiter
Da fällt mir nichts ein
