Geweldige locatie, super aardig personeel, een mooi hotel, wij zouden zeker terug gaan.
Pros:

De locatie is super, centraal, heel dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden, mooi uitzicht op de Arno., De medewerkers zijn zeer behulpzaam en doen echt hun best om het je naar de zin te maken.
Er is een gezellige rooftop bar waar je van het uitzicht geniet, ook daar zijn de medewerkers weer heel aardig!

Cons:

Omdat het gebouw oud is (heel mooi hoor!) zijn de faciliteiten ietsje minder maar dat wordt goed gecompenseerd door de ligging en het aardige personeel. De kamers zijn verder netjes en volledig.

Really nice stay in Florence - so easy to walk everywhere from this hotel!
Pros:

The location is really really good, the breakfast was nice, the rooms are fine, the bathroom was lovely and so much hot water and powerful showers. The view from the roof top is nice towards the Duomo and towers. Good air con. On our first and second day the two ladies on reception were so welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was rather too hard for me so not a very comfortable sleep but my husband was fine.
The room we had looked over a side alley which was incredibly noisy with people taking trash and smashing bottles into the early hours. Keep windows closed at night and you won’t hear so much.

Excellent place in the middle of Florence
Pros:

Excellent stay in the hotel. Had very good services, delicious breakfast with a good selection of Italian cheeses, pastries and omelette, excellent ventilation in the room, and very welcoming personnel.

It’s location is right in the middle of all tourists, but inside it’s very peaceful, fast wi-fi, and an oasis we found ourselves retreating from the heavy Florence crowds. To top it off, the rooftop bar offered beautiful views (albeit at a price) and nice Aperols ^^
