Staff and location are amazing.
The breakfast is terrible, all cold and almost like leftover from the night before. Coffee is like muddy water. Best to go elsewhere for breakfast and morning coffee.
Tolles Hotel in exzellenter Lage, um diese wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden!

Saimme yllättäen sviitit, vaikka olimme varanneet classic double -huoneet.
Kattoterassi oli hieno.

Everything... beautiful hotel
Location, service, breakfast, rooms, comfortable bed.
Lovely hotel, staff, views, and location!
Location
Difficult to found if you drive.
Breakfast was good with a variety options. Nice ambiance in the dining room. Helpful in arranging taxi.
Good location. Right next to Uffizzi gallery.
Bacon and sausage undercooked. No coffee available before 7am. We were not allowed to take cappuccino/coffee back to our room. No food or beverage allowed outside the dining area. Also difficult to get second cups of cappuccino.
Beds are VERY hard. If you are American and used to a softer mattress, you will be disappointed. Pillows hard and flat.
Only 2 English language tv channels and no Netflix etc. No hotel information in the room. QR code to scan for info led to broken link. Hotel lobby bathroom closed-out of order.
Room was very hot. Took 2 days for staff to unlock and adjust the thermostat.
Between the hard beds and pillows and being too hot, we slept very little.
It was absolutely fantastic! I was there for work, but it was a dream holiday. THE room with a view!
Halılar çok eski ve kirliydi
The hotel was fantastic! The location was in the heart of Florence, within a short walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing in a beautiful room that overlooks the Arno. The rooftop restaurant/bar had great drinks and fantastic views of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. We booked a family room and it was spacious for our family or four. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We will be back!
