Было идеально! Чистота, большой номер, потрясающий завтрак, отель — буквально соседняя дверь с Уффици. Персонал тоже супер приятный, нам помогли со всеми нашими просьбами и запросами. Спасибо большое за отличный отдых!

Pros:

Loved the building and room was lovely. We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

our fridge wasn't working so drinks were warm and they needed to replace it. I had to ask twice as once they fiddled with the switch and advised to wait 10 mins. after being out for the afternoon, it still wasn't working so after letting staff know, they replaced the fridge. I would have thought that there would have been a follow up check to make sure that it was working before they had to replace it.

A wonderful hotel with a great location, beautiful breakfast room, and rooftop bar.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Location is terrific, on the Arno maybe a few hundred feet from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. The room for breakfast is beautiful, with a high ceiling painted with frescoes. As a bonus, there is a rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the Arno and the Duomo that we patronized pretty much every day, including for dinner twice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with restaurant recommendations and reservations, calls for taxis, and anything else we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back if ever in Florence again.

Pros:

早餐很丰盛，只是因为我们住了五晚，每天都是吃一样的还是有点腻。

Cons:

房间空调系统有问题，不能关，也不能调节，外面37度，室内18度，三个人中两个人冻感冒了。我们三楼的房间只能看到屋顶，不能看到河面，略有遗憾
