Other than the cold breakfast , loved the hotel.

Great location and nice room

Cons:

The breakfast food, eggs, bacon, sausages mushrooms were offered every morning. They were always cold. I prefer my Breakfast food to be warm

Pros:

The location was amazing.
The bed was extremely comfortable and was tempted to take the pillow, but it wouldn't fit in my case!
The staff on reception were very helpful.

Cons:

No coffee machine in the room, just a kettle and sachets of instant coffee.
Warm watery filtered coffee served with breakfast, however they did bring a double espresso when requested. The food choice was okay, nothing special.
The toiletries in the room could have been better, thankfully I took my own conditioner.

Definitely try to get room 412 for the amazing view. Which stay here again over and over when in Florence.

Everything! View from our room 412 was unbelievable overlooking the drama & Palazzo Vecchio.

Probably the best location in Florence right next to the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio.
Pros:

Lovely room quiet in spite of its central location right next to the Uffizi Gallery.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
Small bar and seating area on top floor had limited view but was a welcome place to get a drink and sit outside.

Cons:

It's an old building so you have to make allowances, but there was nowhere in the bathroom to leave any toiletries and we left them in the lounge area.

Totally enjoyable. Represents Florence so well.
Pros:

This place is otherworldly. Service impeccable and so welcoming. Location is right next to Uffizzi. Rooftop bar was lovely. Breakfast was soooo nice. Do not hesitate to book here.
