Gem of a hotel
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the location was very convenient. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop bar was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Friendly 5 star staff, beautiful hotel. Great all around!
Pros:

Amazing location! walk to everything. The rooftop bar had a view of the Duomo and the river! There was a live band playing below that we could hear, but without all the chaos of being down on the street.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location, with a great suite and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect — right in the centre, extremely well connected to the main city attractions, and just a 1-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and our suite was absolutely great: spacious, comfortable and beautifully located.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. If I had to mention one thing, there was some refurbishment work taking place in the hotel!! However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Pros:

Friendliness of most staff, the room was great, good vegan options. Very helpful staff. Amazing location.

Cons:

Some of the staff on at breakfast weren't so friendly! Not the hotel's fault, but there was a wedding on the second night, and it kept us awake!
