Beautiful Service Provided
Pros:

Stayed at the Corinthia for my partner’s birthday and Zozan at the front desk made the whole trip. She clocked that we were celebrating and went completely out of her way to make it special, with a few lovely touches I won’t spoil here. The kind of thoughtfulness you can’t train into someone, she just has it.

Beyond the gestures, she was warm, genuine, and clearly took real pride in looking after her guests. My partner was beaming. Zozan turned a nice birthday trip into one we’ll be talking about for years.

If this reaches management: Zozan is a credit to the hotel. Thank you.

We recently stayed at the Corinthia Budapest Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional service, and it quickly became one of our favorite places we've ever stayed.
The staff were genuinely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge and the delightful housekeeping team, every interaction felt personal and professional. They truly made us feel like valued guests.
The location is ideal. Situated right on the Grand Boulevard, you're just steps away from excellent restaurants, shopping, and easy access to both sides of the city via the metro.
The hotel itself is in pristine condition. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The property is stunning — luxurious without being over-the-top, with gorgeous lobby.
We can't recommend the Corinthia Budapest highly enough. It exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect base for our Budapest adventure. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

Kedves a személyzet, szép a hely és a liftek is elosztották a népet, nem kellett sokat várni.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba márványpadlója, foltos, koszos, a hosszú fekete hajszál se belőlünk jött. Az ágy puha, nem tesz jót az 50 fölötti deréknak.

Perfect Location and Great Service
Pros:

The Corinthia Hotel is the perfect choice for your visit to Budapest. The hotel is centrally located on a very pleasant avenue. It is a very short walk to two major metro lines that are easy to navigate and feel welcoming and safe. If you are over 65 you get an added bonus, they are free. You can just walk on and walk off…just be sure to bring your ID. The rooms are large and well equipped. The friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome. The included breakfast options are varied and cover a wide range of tastes. We loved the atrium dining area that added a luxurious feel to our start in the morning. It is worth noting that not only are the omelet tasty and generous but also the staff are efficient so that there is never much of a wait. We were particularly pleased that they had varied and generous gluten free options for one of the members of our party. There is a wide variety of lunch and dinner dining options in the area including both casual and more formal options.
