l'allure générale grandiose.
la propreté en chambre avec l'embout d'évacuation d'air pas du tout nettoyé depuis 10 ans.... Difficile d'imaginer que la situation soit unique dans notre chambre seule, mais plutôt généralisée dans toutes les chambres. Cela montre que l'hôtel manque d'un management exigent sans un protocole et un contrôle par les managers. je vous joins une photo pour illustrer la situation étonnante et décevante de l'embout couvert de poussières de plusieurs années certainement. Or, c'est la première chose sur laquelle nos regardes tombent en rentrant sur le coin bureau de la chambre.
