Just OK
Pros:

This was an OK place for one night. Cleanliness could be a bit better. There was lots of detritus in the hallways – Q-tips, candy wrappers, an empty water bottle, etc. And the chair in our room had crumbs all over it. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were terrible – old and lumpy. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty as was the bottle of conditioner in the shower – housekeeping needs to be more aware of making sure things are stocked. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn fare. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly except for the nice woman who checked us out when we left – the rest were quite perfunctory. All in all, it was just OK and we’ll probably look elsewhere if we find ourselves in the area again.

Mediocre!
Pros:

Breakfast was just OK.

Cons:

Front desk service at check in just so-so. Mattress was terrible as well as the pillows. Bottom sheet would not stay on the mattress. Room was clean though. But definitely not worth the price paid.

Great value and location
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is convenient with ample free parking. Great value and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Arrived in late evening and had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk guy to show up and check us into the hotel.

Will stay again
Pros:

Rooms are nice. Very clean. Pool and hot tub good. Breakfast buffet good. Person cooking should of had his hair up or covered

Cons:

Noisy people above me stomping and running around. But that can't be hrlped

Always a Nice Stay
Pros:

I have stayed here a lot as we come here for dance competitions. This is my go to. It is a very convenient location with lots of food options and shopping. You could walk to them if you wanted. Not a far drive from the river. Always clean rooms. No real complaints really. It does the job. :)

Quite a busy area, but weather wasn’t great for driving around town, so it was convenient for walking to restaurants/mall.
