Wunderschönes -Erlebnis in Palm Springs
Pros:

Wir haben kostenlose Willkommensdrinks bekommen. Uns hat das Restaurant extrem gut gefallen und die ganze Poolanlage mit den drei Pools. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, in dem ein Whirlpool es dort haben wir sogar Colibris beobachten können. Das Zimmer war wie die ganze Anlage richtig modisch und mit Stil eingerichtet. Die Musik am Pool war richtig cool toller Geschmack! Es gab sogar kostenlose Sonnencreme und Wasser am Pool! Klasse

We got our batteries recharged!
Pros:

Breakfast is always a nice bonus, especially with the option of sparkling wine in your orange juice — such a great touch! We also loved the welcome drink. On our previous stay, we were greeted with a shot of mezcal, which my husband was looking forward to again, but this time it was replaced with a glass of sangria instead… delicious either way!

We were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel kindly treated us to a complimentary cocktail at either the pool bar or Del Rey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also had tapas on our last night and everything was fantastic.

The room was beautiful, the service was amazing, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. Everyone seemed to be working very hard to maintain and care for the property. The cookies and milk are such a sweet idea too — sadly, they were demolished nightly before we could partake LOL.

Cons:

Our room needed a little freshen up (paint) but was very clean.

Traumhaftes Hotel zum Relaxen
Pros:

Die Villa Royale ist ein toller Ort. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben hier 6 wundervolle Nächte im Rahmen unserer Flitterwochen verbracht und sind sehr happy, dass wir dafür die Villa Royale gewählt haben.

Cons:

Das einzige was man verbessern könnte ist, dass es beim Frühstück ein wenig mehr Abwechslung geben könnte. Auch wenn die Produkte sehr lecker und super frisch waren, hätten wir uns nach der vierten Nacht doch mal etwas anderes gewünscht. Aber das ist sicher meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Pure Hollywood glamour in Palm Springs, spacious rooms, a beautiful pool and a wonderful escape.
Pros:

A stunning retreat that perfectly captures the spirit of Palm Springs — effortlessly glamorous, beautifully private, and wonderfully quiet. The rooms are spacious and full of character, and the pool area is exactly what you'd hope for. A real escape.

Cons:

Only minor housekeeping notes — a few small inconsistencies with the cleaning, like items not always being replenished or replaced. Nothing that detracted from a wonderful stay, and easily sorted.

Amazing and will be back!
Pros:

Love the pool and all of the onsite food & beverages. We had dinner at Del Rey and it was delicious. Love lounging by the pool and doing nothing.

Cons:

Have no complaints. I love villa royale and will be coming back next year for my 3rd year in a row!

I needed major R&R by the pool to do absolutely nothing and it was fabulous!
Pros:

Loved that you guys gave breakfast, thank you so much for that. Great coffee! And the mimosa cute touch!

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest improving is the bar drinks. I don’t usually give this kind of feedback, but I thought it could be helpful. It might be worth bringing in a mixologist, as the drinks lacked flavor and variety. I noticed that many guests eventually switched to beer, and overall, the cocktail options didn’t feel exciting. I had 3 different ones and nothing. Coctails should taste so yummy that you can't stop drinking by the pool. I know it's a quiet setting, but a little soft upbeat music would be fun. Like pink martini style, or basa nova.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Abstichen

Gutes Frühstück allerdings jeden Tag dasselbe,sehr sauberer Pool und überwiegend entspannte Atmosphäre. Restaurant sehr leckere Speisen.

Cons:

Unbequeme Poolliegen und alle Möbel waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das Rooftop lässt zu Wünschen übrig, dort sind die Möbel schon sehr kaputt. Die erste Nacht verbrachten wir in einem äußert muffig riechenden Zimmer, es war sehr spät abends, wir wurden am nächsten Tag auf Nachfrage jedoch upgegradet. Die Suite war super, bis auf eine tote Kakerlake am Morgen im Flur. Ich habe dieses an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dieses wurde jedoch sehr abgetan.
Für die Gäste kann das Hotel nichts, aber es wird lautstark eine Bride to be Party am Pool gefeiert und belagerten den Pool mit ihren eigenen Poolspielsachen und tranken und aßen im Pool. Keiner der Angestellten sagte dazu etwas und alle anderen Gäste, die einfach nur ausruhen wollten, waren genervt.
