Room is comfortable facility was clean easy access off the interstate
I stay here every time I go see my sister. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean, though not as clean as my home. I have to make allowances because I am a clean freak. Close parking is great.
Noisy neighbor. All night long, loud talking, banging against something in the other room. But that is not the staff's fault. Some guest just do not have any respect for other people.
breakfast was okay
My wife would have liked to have an exercise room
Location
It was nasty, needed to be gutted and remodeled, smelled, mold on ceilings, large crack under door, the refrigerator had mold inside, the commode was sitting at an angle and up against the bathtub, carpet was filthy, beds very badly need to be replaced, should I list more. Moral to the story we were placed in this crappy room because we had brought our fur baby to a pet friendly hotel and we never been roomed in the pits because we brought our fur baby along.
We didn’t utilize the free breakfast. The location is fantastic because we have family that live close.
The room that we stayed in could have been a lot cleaner. The front door and bathroom doors were very dirty. There was also two big spots of mold above the window in our room.
breakfast was good, very clean and staff was friendly
no pool and color of roomhotel was clean easy to fimd staff was helpfil
Staff was very good here , rooms very clean
Clean and every one friendly
I liked that it was right off the highway. And that’s all.
I have an AKC Grand Champion Silver and very well trained dog and was placed in a dog room that was previously used as a dog potty. They do not clean the carpet in the room and expect because you own a dog that you sleep in urine smelling rooms. I was completely offended and appalled to be expected to sleep in that room.
Great location for a night stop on a drive across the country. Complementary breakfast, check in was easy, and there was ample parking. It was a great price for the area as well.
When we booked the location, we said we are traveling with a pet, but when we arrived the person at the counter seemed offended that we had a pet. We were then given a room in the back “motel” looking building separate from the hotel. It was definitely more of a squalor compared to the main hotel.
Room was not clean as far as carpet and walls. Beds seemed clean. Bathroom was outdated. Only a half roll of toilet paper. The door to the unit had about 1/4 to 1/2 inch clearance across threshold. The whole room was in need of a major renivation. The worst experience in a hotel in a lot of years.
explained above
Close to freeway
