A very plain jane hotel with decent accomodations at a good price.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. The hotel was close to most of the restaurants and shopping in Alma. Plenty of parking. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Pillows were not the best. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. The handle on the faucet for the sink was loose and it was difficult to control the temperature of the water. The room was not very quiet, could hear lots of road noise from the nearby interstate. The freezer section of the fridge/freezer combo was full of frost so it really couldn't be used. There were no vending machines at this location and the fitness room had been repurposed.

Cons:

They need real BED pillows. They have small square pillows that are supposed to be used as decorative pillows. I had my pillow from home in my car so it worked out.

There were a couple of minor issues, but nothing that would prevent booking there again.

Pros:

Easy access. Very clean. Everything worked. The staff were great.

The building was older, but it was well maintained. If I have to name something, I would say the parking could be better.

The friendly and helpful staff!!!

Cons:

The room looked like it was getting ready to be painted, as it had patches all over. I would not have rented that room until it was completed. The floor in front of the stool was not clean, gross!!!

Not as good as usual. Hopefully issues will be corrected.
Pros:

Convenient location, but lots of highway noise. Fairly clean. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Toilet not flushing. Needed help from the plunger we got at the front desk. Heater fan only ran in Auto mode. We couldn't muffle the road noise using the HVAC fan. Loss of sleep resulted.
