I will say this property delivered a higher then I expected experience
Pros:

It was so simple so accommodating and the rooms were really nice and functional. Air conditioning worked beautifully.
The staff are very accommodating and I actually extended my stay as I booked the following day and after that I booked the 3rd day and seamless as the staff was so accommodating so you know what happened I booked the fourth day.

Know the nicest touch that is complementary is the breakfast. The breakfast is just enough to accommodate and caters to a fast pace scheduled but yet so consistent and kept simple always replenished and of attention to detail. The front desk staff was always so pleasant and at tentative and really made it seamless simple and so easy kudos to them. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. Very humble and willing to provide a great guest experience. I would hope that they get recognized for that from this review because they were a very big part of me to continue to book day after day. Thank you very much. I really enjoyed my stay as you see. I added a day at a time and ended up staying four days. Nice job guys.

Cons:

Clean , staff was amazing booking was kept simple very seamless. Breakfast was consistent not a lab but for fast pace world was just perfect for social breakfast part was kept up. I don’t think there was any inconsistency from one day to the next.. the wounds were beautiful air condition for excellent very functional. He once again staff over the top..

Pros:

Decent price

Cons:

Room was dirty. Holes in walls in bathroom unprepared, mold in bathroom. It was a struggle to get them to give us enough towels every day for our whole family. Breakfast was sparse and worst breakfast options I've had at à La Quinta location (we've stayed at several).

Excellent place to stay it was lovely!
Pros:

The spacious room, nice comfortable bed, nicely decorated and the shower had the right pressure. Everything was clean!

Cons:

That I had to leave early.

I would stay again. No major complaints.
Pros:

Everything I needed was about 10 mins away from me. Was able to enjoy my trip with no major problems. Beds were comfortable, restroom was spacious enough. The Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The room was dirty. It definitely needed to be swept and mopped better. The bed frame wall under the bed kept falling.

Roach infested dirty old run down sketchy.

Cons:

If I could give it zero score it wouldn’t be enough. Our room had the worst kind of roach(German roach) not water bugs but the really nasty infested type of roaches. Dirty filthy room. All the walls had some sort of splatter. Sketchy scary location. “Breakfast included” is a joke! Frozen waffles and questionable orange juice. There was hair all over the supposed breakfast bar. Very old run down. A family member picked this hotel, if not I would have not stayed here.

I appreciate the room being so clean. Staff was friendly, great location, great price.

Cons:

We thought the bed was hard, we could hear the elevator all night and loud hearing people in halls with luggage and leaving in cars and odd hours which effected our sleep.

Close to where I needed to be

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows, bugs, black mold in bathroom. Free breakfast was almost nonexistent.
