Cons:

Aufzug defekt und in einem Tag nicht repariert; ruhiges Zimmer war zwar der Straße abgewandt, aber ein sehr lauter Generator/ Ventilator hinter dem Haus ermöglichte dennoch nicht, bei offenem Fenster das Zimmer zu nutzen oder zu schlafen.
