Very disappointing and not worth what it cost.
Pros:

Lobby was nice looking but the TV was showing no connection. Air conditioning was old and was difficult to figure out. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Not worth the money charged.

Cons:

Air conditioning, breakfast, bathroom should be enlarged, tv stations improved.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs work. Floors had visible dirt and dust bunnies around the bed. The shower/ tub were not clean had hair in the tub and shower from previous guest(s) so I had to have a housekeeper come and clean it before I could use it. Looked like they were in the process of making repairs spots on the walls with sheetrock repair left unpainted. And in the ceiling in the bathroom around the fan was left partial repaired. New outdoor furniture stacked up in front of the hotel just left there all weekend. Pool was empty no water. The carpet outside of my room/hallway smelled like vomit. The fire alarms going off several times guests evacuated 4 times thru the night for a gas leak from approx 7:30-:45 til 9:20 pm then again at 11:39 pm til 12:20 am again at 1:09 am again around 2:05 am and again at 3:09 am. No compensation for the night without sleep or rest.
