Good price for a nice stay.

It was convenient

It was a good location with a nice view.

Cons:

The room we were in had a messed up end table and the microwave did not stay plugged in because it rattled. Also it made a horrible noise when we were using it. Other than that it was clean and it served its purpose.

It was great. The communication was fast. They answered my questions quickly and was very helpful.

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The pool was filthy. It was green. The room was old and shabby for the amount of money. It cost was really below par. Front desk Staff was very nice. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

The hotel needs updating. Everything just looked dirty.

Friendly staff .

Cons:

The Hotels ONLY elevator was broken . We had to use the stairs . We were on the 3rd floor and had suitcases . The pool was literally GREEN . Hard to believe 1 week before was July 4th . Room was somewhat clean but did have cobwebs .
Hair dryer did not work . We were very disappointed . It was an anniversary get away too . Will not recommend to others .
We should get a refund .
After talking to front desk and filed a complaint , no one called to get back with us .

Pros:

The only thing I was pleased with was the view. It was a good thing I upgraded to a balcony or it wouldn't have been worth it. THAT could have been improved, though. There was trash mixed in with the algae along the shore and the patio furniture looked destroyed. As long as you didn't look close to the hotel, the view was absolutely awesome.

Cons:

The bathroom and sink were nasty and the toilet wobbled when you sat on it. The floor throughout was damp and sticky feeling, the lampshade had grime around the inside edge and the air conditioner was propped up with an old pc of cut-off 2 x 4. The hallway carpets needed replacing cause I believe they were probably too dirty to get cleaned properly. There was trash mixed in with the algae in the pocket. The patio chairs and awnings were ripped and torn. I uploaded pictures of all of this. The breakfast choices were not great (the eggs looked watery and the little fridge didn't look that clean, maybe it was just old.) My health hasn't been the best so I wanted a hotel instead of an airbnb, that way I wouldn't have to cook breakfast. It great there was a nearby Waffle House. I would have left early and demanded a refund if it had been for more than one night.
