Pros:

Common areas were welcoming and clean, room was spacious and clean as well.

Cons:

Disappointed that every time we went to the main desk or tried to call there was no one there. Checking in, looking for information, or trying to report an issue in the corridor at 2am waking everyone up. Not that they have control but to my knowledge no staff members ever showed up.

I'd stay here again
Pros:

Room was very clean, air-conditioning worked great. It was quiet at night. Has a bar that had live music from 6-9pm

Lake views were amazing

Cons:

Broken toliet..no towels.. pool in need of cosmetic repair. Leaks and wet unsafe floors in the ladies room
