The room was clean .. the cleaning solution however was overwhelming and we opened the window for as period of time .

The front staff where pleasant and efficient.. knowledgeable.. polite

We throughly enjoyed our time Serhs Carlit Boutique Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location is easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast in the morning is the best we have had in Europe. Fresh, a fantastic variety and delicious. The staff we A++. Jessica, in particular, was so kind and helpful in getting my husband's phone back after he left it in a cab. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we will stay there in any future trips to Barcelona!

Perfect, walkable location to most sights of interest, including endless shops and restaurants and accessible public transport to those further away. Staff was friendly and available throughout my stay, at all hours of the day. Cleanliness was top notch and breakfast was fabulous. AC was comfortable and easy to adjust. Wonderful experience as a solo, female traveler. Highly recommend!

The property is located reasonably on a quite street. However, the La Rambla etc is about 20+ minutes walk. The property some confectionery for the guest and the Entrance gate to the hotel opens with Hotel key. Moreover, they do have cold water for the guests as you enter which is always a welcome sign. :)

This hotel was about cheap hotel, very eclectic and clean. Staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Modern conveniences and recently remodeled. Would go back there again.

we had a major fire incident at the hotel which caused big inconvenience to everyone staying at the hotel for full one day. We even lost our chance to go to Sagrada Familia and our money was wasted. We wasted full day due to lack of access to the room to get ready or wear shoes etc.
No one from the management spoke to us to inform us of the status or offer any compensation or sympathy. Our TV also did not work for 3 days and we were very frustrated with the lack of communication by anyone.
Our stay in the hotel was not very pleasant due to lack of communication from the management.

When arriving we were greeted by friendly staff and they were great at accommodating us throughout the trip.
The hotel room was cosy but had great amenities, the shower was very good. There was also a lot of complementary items and the room was quiet and the A/C made it very comfortable sleep.
The breakfast had a good spread and decent coffee although it could have benefited from some clear vegetarian labeling.
The hotel was also is in a great place for exploring Barcelona. With lots of great restaurants and bars local. I'd definitely consider staying if I come to Barcelona again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was in a convenient location close to a Metro and bus stops, and it was very safe especially in the evening. I was travelling on my own so I was able to eat out later in the evening with ease. There were many options in the area to eat particularly on the Passeig de St. Joan. My favourite place to eat was Bella Istanbul. The room was very clean and the bed was medium firm so it was great! The hotel staff Anna, Joan, and Albert were kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety. The complimentary wine bottle, water and Lindt chocolates were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here and would return!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Barcelona on foot. It is very walkable to major attractions such as the Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triomf, and it is also surrounded by excellent restaurants that highlight the city’s incredible food scene.

The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The combination of convenience, accessibility, and nearby dining options made this hotel an excellent choice for enjoying Barcelona, and I would highly recommend it to others visiting the city.

This hotel is so cute and spotless. The lobby is beautiful and feels so welcoming the moment you walk in. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff are very nice and kind. My room was gorgeous, with a balcony and a huge, super comfortable bed I slept like a princess. The bathroom was big, super cute, sparkling clean, and even had its own balcony. Breakfast was very good and had everything I needed to start the day. The only thing I didn’t like was a sewage smell from the toilet, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. I’d happily stay here again.10/10

You can hear the people around on your floor but a beautiful room and super easy to walk around in the city. Love the staff too, so sweet. Also really safe, you need a key card to get into the hotel, use the elevator, and to get into the room. Love

The room was amazing, staff was amazing, shower was beyond amazing. Would definitely recommend and will return.
