I won't stay here again
Pros:

This property is below the usual Hyatt standards in my opinion. Yes it is right there by the slopes but I would prefer a cleaner environment with brighter lighting and don't bother with the breakfast it's nasty

Friendly staff
Pros:

Washer and dryer facilities free of charge were helpful for international travellers.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

We travelled during off peak season and everything seemed to be closed within the hotel and surroundings.

Only 1 elevator was working during our stay made for long wait times.

Resort fee was steep considering it was off season.

Avoid at all cost; rude staff; bad service
Pros:

Terrible experience. Breakfast food only enough for like 10 people. They hide the benefits of the resort fee that guests paid for. My room card opens two doors, which is a huge security issues.
I told the front desk about all these and they seem pretty ok with all the issues. They never said sorry throughout my complaint

Awful, terrible, never again
Pros:

Terrible experience. Thermostat died overnight and the air stopped working, ice machine broken on our floor, pool and hot tub closed, half empty breakfast, rude customer service, tv doesn’t work properly, shower sucks, etc. awful and waste of money. Couldn’t even sleep.

Average hotel
Pros:

Average hotel stay for a work meeting. The room was comfortable. The conference room was uncomfortable since the heat would not be adjusted (80 plus degrees), so we opened the outside door, but then people by the door were too cold. The breakfast options were ok, the yogurt tasted funny and the bagel was very dried out and hard.

Pros:

The staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The view from the dining area was very gorgeous.

Cons:

Neither one of the hot tubs worked. The 6th and 5th floor ice machines were broken. They didn't even have a cook on staff for their advertised dinner menu. So there was no dining experience available.

Never ever staying there again and telling everyone I know to avoid. I only do this when staff do not want to make good
Pros:

Location is good. Central to Keystone

Cons:

$25 to park when there were only 3 cars on the entire property. That’s ludicrous. This policy was never communicated or written until we got to hotel.
They said breakfast was at 6:30 am and nothing was ready until well after 7am. We were on a tight schedule and forced to leave earlier and was terrible considering we not only paid to have breakfast included, the hotel desk clerk said it started at 6:30 am and we planned accordingly.

Understaffed and going downhill
Pros:

Hot tubs on the roof were broken and the hot tub on the ground floor looked to gross to get into it. Can't believe they were still charging a $35/night resort fee, given you don't get anything besides the hot tubs with this. The room was clean, so no complaints there but we never received hand soap after asking the front desk multiple times. Overall this property has gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. The breakfast was a good though.

I expected more
Pros:

We are a family of 4 and were placed in room 640, a king suite. The A/C unit in the room was missing and warm air from the outside was flowing in, making the room an uncomfortable 78 degrees. Additionally, the pullout couch where my kids had to sleep was broken. In fact, there was a sticker that read “ Do not open under any circumstances .” After notifying staff, they did find my family a new room which was fine. The breakfast was also a disappointment as by the last day, had very few items left (for example,
no butter or jelly for toast). For the money I spent on this hotel, I expected a bit more.

Overall the stay was pleasant. I would stay again and just remember to eat somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was nice. The shuttle was convenient. The views of the mountains were great

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was horrible and not kept clean during breakfast time. They ran out of certain food daily at the restaurant. Only one jacuzzi worked.

Pros:

The proximity to the ski school and lift was excellent! The staff at front desk was helpful and pleasant. Big breakfast room. We were able to use it for take our dinner one night for our 19 ppl contingent.

Cons:

Breakfast menu was repetitive. Scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon was all they served every day on the hot things. The fireplace was never on and no one seemed to be able to remedy that. We always had to get our own coffee packets and creamer for the room. I don't believe there was any food available other than breakfast even though it is advertised as a place to get food for dinner. Sometimes the bar was not staffed until 10 as advertised.
