Overall the stay was pleasant. I would stay again and just remember to eat somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was nice. The shuttle was convenient. The views of the mountains were great

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was horrible and not kept clean during breakfast time. They ran out of certain food daily at the restaurant. Only one jacuzzi worked.

Pros:

The proximity to the ski school and lift was excellent! The staff at front desk was helpful and pleasant. Big breakfast room. We were able to use it for take our dinner one night for our 19 ppl contingent.

Cons:

Breakfast menu was repetitive. Scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon was all they served every day on the hot things. The fireplace was never on and no one seemed to be able to remedy that. We always had to get our own coffee packets and creamer for the room. I don't believe there was any food available other than breakfast even though it is advertised as a place to get food for dinner. Sometimes the bar was not staffed until 10 as advertised.

Great location, but customer service could be improved.
Pros:

Brilliant location, very short walk to one of the ski lifts. Some of the staff were kind.

Cons:

Two out of three of the hot tubs weren’t hot on two of the nights we were there. The biggest issue though - the entire hotel lost all access to plumbing and water, so no bathrooms were useable. I understand that this happens, but there was no back up plan or suggestion for what guests should do, where they could use bathrooms, etc. There was no offer of compensation until we spoke to numerous people, but they did ultimately offer to refund the entire night’s stay, which was great.

Disrepair and neglect of an aging hotel
Pros:

The location was convenient and provided great mountain views. The hotel was clean and the common areas were nice.

Cons:

DISREPAIR! Seemed that everything was broken or not working properly. The in room A/C was so loud that you could not carry on a conversation much less sleep with it on. Speaking with other guests it seems that this was an issue elsewhere within the hotel. Even after summoning maintenance to address the issue, no improvement as the old and worn out A/C units could not keep up. Daytime room temperature was 79 degrees. One of two hot tubs was broken as well as one of two elevators which made for long waits to come or go to the room. Complimentary Breakfast was a joke. Everything was stone-cold and clearly outside of food safety guidelines. Staff, although friendly seemed indifferent to any of the issues brought to their attention.

Peaceful and relaxing.
Pros:

Breakfast needed a few more gluten free, vegetarian options. The breakfast area was comfortable and had a nice view. We liked the walking trails and we plowed some of them after breakfast.

At the shoulder season price, we got a spectacularly beautiful vacation for a price we could afford.
Pros:

We loved how many windows the room had with lots of natural light, and the black out curtains worked perfectly to keep it dark in the morning. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was great and the view from the breakfast room was spectacular! It was the midst lovely way to start the day!

Cons:

The hallways looked rundown. The door didn't close unless we remembered to pull on it. We got static shocks EVERY time we touched the elevator buttons on carpeted floors or the key card touch pad. We tried to laugh it off as a funny part of the experience because everything else was so lovely, but it was painful.

Hotel staff was polite and friendly and the hotel in general was clean. But that’s about all the positives.Breakfast was
Pros:

Proximity to the slopes (Peru Express) was great. About 5min walk from the back of the hotel towards the ski lift.

Cons:

Breakfast was not of the best quality. Bread products (bagels, donut holes, bread) were all stale. The blueberries and other red fruit combo was obviously frozen and thawed out which made a slushy mess.

We reserved a double queen, yet when we showed up we were “upgraded” to a king room since they didn’t have queen rooms available. The king room had a bed and a sleeper couch. So our “upgraded” meant that one person didn’t have a bed but a couch instead. Even tho I didn’t mind a couch it was by far the most uncomfortable couch I had slept on. I asked for extra blankets so I could put them down on top of the mattress so I didn’t have springs poking me left and right.
