Location great, facility needs a lot of work
Pros:

The location was good but the actual facility was not good

Cons:

Only one elevator was working and we heard it has been that way over a month, causing us to spend very long periods waiting for the elevator. All of the ice machines were also broken except for one floor, which have also not been fixed for quite some time. For the money we paid, it was not worth it.

Decent enough. You get what you pay
Pros:

Great location and decent enough

Cons:

The door handle in the restroom looked recently broken and half repaired, the restroom wasn’t properly cleaned cause there were small pieces of hair in the bottom of the tub and it just didn’t visibly look as clean as it should. The AC was very loud throughout the night every time it turned on and off and housekeeping didn’t keep up with cleaning and removing towels and stuff. One of the elevators was also down the whole weekend we were there and it was extremely slow making it kind of frustrating going up and down and waiting so long. The staff however was very very lovely and we greatly appreciated them and their assistance when needed.

Clean, kind staff, helpful and great location
Pros:

Loved the area close to a lot of my favorite stores staff was great especially at check in super friendly and helpful

Cons:

My bed was a bit uncomfortable and wish tub would have been resurfaced, water kept getting stuck took forever to drain from tub and sink

Good except for the marijuana smell on the floor we stayed
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and super friendly staff.

Cons:

5th floor which we were on someone on the floor ruined it because the entire floor smelled heavily like Marijuana. Not ideal for a family to walk into and explain to their child

Could have been better if management ran it better.

I’ve stayed at better Hampton Inn’s.

Cons:

They only had 1 elevator running for the holiday weekend, wait time for the elevator was around 5 minutes. Extremely hot in elevator waiting areas. On Sunday we had no working elevators no signs letting us know elevator was closed, but signs posted everywhere about smoking fines where from $300 to 900. The phone in the elevator waiting area was not working and the phone in my room was not working. The hotel phone number listed on the phone in my room to call the hotel was incorrect. By the time I carried all 5 of my bags, breakfast was over at 10:01 am, could have extended breakfast by 30 minutes as a courtesy since elevators where down and families struggling to get themselves and all their luggage
down. Pool needed a cleaning. Stairwell railing from floor 3 to 2 are loose, please fix those that is a safety hazard. The AC unit kept making a weird noise.
