Given the opportunity & would definitely stay here again!!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Staff was very pleasant & accommodating!
Room was clean & VERY roomy!
Not the “typical” cracker box room with just enough space to walk around the bed!

Super cool experience with OUTPOST!
Pros:

Spent our honeymoon at the Magnolia. The staff was amazing. They upgraded us as a wedding gift. While they was cool, the neatest thing was the offering of the OUTPOST service! They offer a full service office in a box, complete with two wide screen monitors, docking stations, external wireless mouse and keyboard and 24/7 customer support for the technically challenged (such as myself). The thing came in a rolling pelican case and was just super cool and easy to use.

That service should be used at every hotel! Why someone didn’t come up with it first escapes me!

The front desk staff was very kind. We loved the Pelotons in the gym, and the view from the pool was lovely.

Cons:

I didn't love that we weren't told about the limited breakfast service. I understand that it was Thanksgiving day, but we purchased the tickets expecting a buffet but only had 2 choices for breakfast instead. I wish we had known in advance.

Exceptional Stay in Downtown Houston!
Pros:

I stayed at the Magnolia Hotel Houston back in November and honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.

What really stood out was the service at check-in. Dewan, the young gentleman who helped me, was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. He took the time to offer great recommendations for nearby places to eat and things to do, which made exploring the area so easy. When he mentioned he’s originally from New Orleans, I knew I could trust his judgment when it came to Creole food, and he did not disappoint.

The hotel itself was lovely, with a great downtown location and a comfortable, well-kept room that made it easy to relax after a long day. Every interaction I had with staff was positive, but Dewan really set the tone for the entire stay.

I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.

Great stay and great driver!
Pros:

We stayed at the Magnolia (which was beautifully decorated for the holidays) and Labarron was our driver. He was incredibly friendly and had great communication during drop off and pick up he along with other members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
