Willing to step up when we needed them most
Pros:

We came on a volleyball tournament trip. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our last-minute request for an opportunity for team bonding in a semi private space. They were helpful in giving us service on the third floor, and we greatly appreciate all the bar staff.

Avoid this hotel
Pros:

Avoid at all cost. Smells of mold and humidity, no concept of service and rooms are old.

No housekeeping unless you ask them, and even after asking, housekeeping will only replace some towels and don’t care about anything else.

Placed a request on Sunday evening and received items Tuesday morning.

Front desk employees don’t care about the guests at all.

Bar is ok, some bartenders are good, others are not.

Great stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay. All the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was lovely and well cared for.

Incredible service at the front desk!
Pros:

Will at the front desk is a HERO! Such a warm, welcoming personality, and a dedicated employee. He rescued me so many times helping find deliveries, and helping me figure my way out of the hotel. He even remembers the names of guests of the hotel, and makes the experience more personal and memorable.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was very pleasant & accommodating!
Room was clean & VERY roomy!
Not the “typical” cracker box room with just enough space to walk around the bed!
