Very comfortable room in a nice hotel in a good location very close to centre of Queenstown. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

For visitors with mobility issues, be aware of a short sharp (approx 200m) hill up to hotel.

We loved our stay at the Heartland and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

View, Restaurant, staff. We loved our stay and would happily recommend to anyone. The breakfast buffet was very good, the restaurant food was excellent.

Cons:

The bed could have been a little firmer for my comfort, but the room was excellent.

Pros:

Cleanliness and location were prime. We got the lake view from our balcony also. Customer service of concierge team was excellent. Breakfast was great!

Great location with a view of the lake. Short walk from the centre of town. Classic alpine feel.

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be updated soon. I could barely get a trickle out of the shower but the vanity tap filled up my litre water bottle in literally 2 seconds.

Pros:

The room is fantastic, even our kids love it so much! The staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s already our second time here and we’re sure we’ll be returning to Heartland Hotel in the future. As the name suggests, it’s right in our heart.

Old property not taken care of! Won’t bother staying here or recommending to others!

It’s a dated 3 star property with worn out curtains in the room. old & dim light bulbs which shows the property is not taken care of proactively. The duty Manger himself mentioned that actions are taken upon someone raising a complaint that goes onto show the attention to detail they are missing!
