Great Hotel.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable clean room with a superb mountain and lake view. Within a couple of hundred yards from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Queenstown. Very quiet and calm with a balcony to relax on. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms per night are not too pricey. Coffee, tea, milk, fridge, iron and hairdryer provided. Take an adapter to charge mobiles etc..as no usb port in the room.

Pros:

Location in a quiet street close to the Center you can just park the car at hotel and walk to Center for dining and entertainment without trouble of finding a parking space which is rare. Breakfast is not blasting but have all I need.

Cons:

Room is out dated but reasonably clean and comfortable. Car parking is limited and not accept reservation. But staff are helpful to find one for us.

Good to stay
Pros:

Location close to center where you can reach on foot in 10 minutes to reach all the eats and entertainments without need of driving for car park in center is rare. Breakfast is not blasting but got all I need.

Cons:

Facilities a bit old but clean and comfortable. Car parking is limited but managed to get one with help of staff.

It was a great experience!
Pros:

Heartland Hotel in Queenstown was one of the highlights of my trip! Employees were very friendly and helpful from helping with parking to making restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean and had amazing views of the lake! It was a great location which was within walking distance from everything in Queenstown. I also loved the way the room was set up. The bench made accessing luggage and other items very easy.
