Would stay here again!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Easy 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

Cons:

If you’re in room 603, there’s a swinging door used by all on that level, that is right next to the room. It’s loud and woke me up multiple times when being used. Other than that, no complaints! The location and hotel are great!

Room was perfect. Staff were friendly such a good location, comfy rooms with a great view. Parking bad, food bad.
Pros:

We had an amazing view. Room was always cleaned for us daily and everything was so comfy and clean.

Cons:

The parking is absolutely horrendous.. if you have a car, be aware that it’s a free for all and first in first served with the parking spaces being way too small. Also the breakfast.. probably skip that too.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, good aircon on a cold night. My room was right beside where cars pull up near reception; but they didn't keep me awake.

Cons:

Could have been better lighting over the work desk. Bathroom door is squeaky, needs some CRC spray

Cons:

Room was accessed via 3 flights of stairs. No lift. I have arthritis in my knee. It was easier climbing over the balcony to exit. As there was minimal parking the car was on the street and easier to access.

Great location, nice experience but doesn't seem to be value for money.
Pros:

The location is fantastic as the lake and main shopping area is walking distance. The restaurant was very good with nice and tasty breakfast. Ample parking space. Courteous staff. As we have heavy luggage and hotel doesn't have lifts, I requested to change the room to ground floor which was accepted by reception staff and suggested most convenient room for us. For some of the rooms, have great mountain view. From my room window we could see the Queenstown gondola.

Cons:

Layout of the Hotel is little weird as its built on the hilly land. Just outside the rooms, there were multiple cars parked with limited space to move cars in/out. As no lifts, some rooms are located at really difficult place to access and take luggage to. Considering the room size and hotel layout, the price seems to be overrated.

Great location and we were pleased with our 1 night stay.
Pros:

Great location and a warm welcome from staff. The breakfast was good with lots of healthy options.

Cons:

At times during the night our sleep was disturbed by noise.

Ok location but very dirty blanket
Pros:

Not too far from the town centre. Has parking.

Cons:

Please take a look at the blankets (not the sheet, the actual blankets). The blanket is so gross, yellow stains all over it. Yes you meant to sleep under the sheet but when you see it you can’t help but feel gross even though there is a clean-ish sheet between you and the stained blanket.

The bathroom is cold even with radiator on.

Other that that it is ok.
