Hotel itself is nice, second time there. Staff is nice and helpful. Overall stay very nice
Half board only includes two non alcoholic drinks at dinner, which is not mentoined before here in booking platform. Also waterpark is not included, because it was not ready when we booked.
Close to the airport.
Love the new adult grand lounge and the staff who service it were very good.
They now have the watermark attached which is good but one of the children’s equipment has a bell attached to it and it is constantly on. Even when no one is using it. When you are just chilling by the hotel Pool it’s awful and there is no way of getting away from it.
On the first day, the staff member who received us behaved in a tough and unpleasant manner due to an error in my booking appointment.
