Additionally, please note that for all bookings staying over the night of 31st December, a compulsory New Year Gala Dinner charge of AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (6-11) applies on 31st December. The New Year’s Eve deposit policy applies to all bookings on 31st December.

The hotel requires a 100% nonrefundable deposit for the entire stay (including the compulsory gala dinner charges). The deposit must be collected 30 days prior to arrival.

We’ve done many staycations in dubai it’s definitely in lower quality range
Pros:

Just the waterpark
Food options were poor
Staff customer experience is on lower quality side

Cons:

No communication
We had paid extra for our meals and each time we were messed around
Waterpark and pool is the only thing
I would not return for hotel
