فندق هادئ وجميل وممتاز للعوائل والمرافق ممتازه بالاخص الحديقة المائية و الموظفين في خدمتكم طول الوقت بكل ادب واحترام وتقدير الصراحة اجواء الفندق عائلية من الدرجة الاولى وباذن الله لنا رجعه للمكان

بصراحة الشي الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني اسلوب الموظفين المتواجدين في الاستقبال ، قسم الحجوزات ، تنقصهم خبره في الترحيب وتقديم الخدمة الكامله للنزلاء ( محترمين وخلوقين وبالعكس هذي الملاحظة للتحسين من الخدمة لا اكثر ، المقصد يجب ان يشعر النزلاء بشعور الترحيب والتقدير مما يعكس اهتمام المكان ) واشكر جميع الموظفين المتواجدين في الفندق بانهم استقبلو الجميع بابتسامه وصدر رحب

I have stayed at this hotel many times since it first opened, but unfortunately, the quality has declined in every aspect. Neither the cleanliness, the maintenance, the staff, nor any of the Neither the cleanliness, the maintenance, the staff, nor any of the amenities are as good as they used to be. Overall, the hotel no longer meets the standards I once appreciated, and I hope they can address these issues soon.
