All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. Please note the New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy: a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total stay is required, which includes the mandatory Gala Dinner charges. The staff were helpful everywhere, thanks to our receptionist who checked us in and gave us all the required information; breakfast timings, waterpark wrist bands etc.
We enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant, maitre d and manager were great hosts, live music and belly dancing too. Took care of food intolerances.
We thoroughly enjoyed the waterpark, a really friendly team encouraging you to have fun.
Breakfast had ample choice.
Room service, excellent. Ranjeet served us. We were allowed to order slightly off menu, enabling us to have exactly the food from the restaurant's menu rather than just the in room.dining menu. This was appreciated as we wanted to fine in our room on the last night dud to an early flight the next day.
There are numerous lifts, so we never had to wait long.
The rooms are of a good size.
Streaming to the tv is available.
Beds are comfortable.
Valet parking, luggage assistance on point.

The waterpark open daily was amazing for the kids

I state at this hotel several years ago and the standered have fallen greatly. On my future trips to Dubai I will stay at a different hotel

The facility was good. But only can select one day pass for waterpark was not that convenient. Family members used to come on weekend due to waterpark facilities, we strongly suggested the pass for waterpark should be come with the room until check out will be more convenient.
