Nice pool lots of pool chairs and lounge seats
No refrigerator or microwave. They only supply one small bottle of water for two people a day. No ice machine so you had to drink it warm. The complementary coffee in the room was not complimentary. When we checked out we were hit with a bill for almost three dollars Canadian per cup. The coffee was bad

Se merece una buena calificación ya que tanto como todo el personal en general e instalaciones son dignas de llevarse las 5 estrellas ,vi muchos comentarios de que no te dejaban ingresar con hieleras o cosas externas y son falsas claramente como todo no te dejarán entrar con cosas a la alberca ya que tienes un bar y restaurante para que consumas que está muy bien y para estar en tu hotel con una hielera pequeña está bien,en general me gustó bastante y volveré a venir ,un plus es de que el personal de limpieza te dejaba algún animal con las toallas y una flor echa con papel de baño,Muy bien todo!

The only bad thing it was that the swimming pool is too small and people that they are not in the hotel was using it.

Mal servicio la tarjeta de acceso ala habitación fallo 6 veces y había que regresar al loby cada vez que sucedía
Me entregaron mi habitación a las 4pm y a la salida a las 12:05min me estaban preciinando para salir yo entregue a las 12:10min y ni por el tiempo que tardaron de espera pudieron esperarme sin presionar esos 10min
Y la alberca la abrieron 11am así que a mi salida no pude aprovechar usarla
Al llegar mostramos la reservación y confirmación y el recepcionista nos cobra la noche x k según el tenían k verificar el pago . Siendo k nosotros le mostramos la confirmación y el cargo de la tarjeta ya que pague con tarjeta de débito. Y nosotros teníamos k salir muy temprano y nos pidieron k nos esperamos hasta las 2 de la tarde k llegara una encargada y nos reembolsaran lo k dejamos como garantía.
