Struttura elegante in stile Andaluso un pò datata ma ben tenuta, ha un bel parco Giardino, colazione ottima varia ed abbondante.
Presenza di molti colombi che impedivano l’utilizzo del balconcino con tavolino e sedie a causa delle loro deiezioni
Perdi mi maleta dentro del la terraza del hotel un dia despues me la devolvieron y me faltaba todo. Muy mal.
Que tiene piscina con hamacas y ofrecían opción de restaurante.
Pudimos hacer el check-in al llegar del viaje, sobre las 5/6 am.
Habitación sucia (pelos, restos de comida, migas de pan, polvo...) colchón incómodo, balcón sucio y con un bikini colgado que no era nuestro, no tiene persianas y la cortina no llega hasta el suelo por lo que entra la luz desde muy pronto, pasillos lúgubres y zona del establecimiento poco cuidada.
En la piscina no funcionaban las duchas y el agua estaba calentorra, pero eso para gustos.
Cuando intentamos que nos cambiaran la habitación con el fin de tener un servicio acorde a lo que publicitan, nos dijeron que no había posibilidad. Que íbamos con el grupo (grupo de boda, aunque cogimos la noche anterior por nuestra cuenta porque hacíamos un viaje muy largo y no podíamos entrar hasta las 14h).
Nuestros familiares tuvieron un servicio diferente. Nuestra habitación, en cambio, estaba enfrente de la chimenea de la cocina, olía a comida, había un nido de gaviotas enfrente... En fin.
Todo, pero sobretodo la localización por la tranquilidad y el trato del personal.
El hotel en sí, su arquitectura de 1901 y su ambiente, la decoración señorial, sus jardines alrededor. Mi habitación era individual pero espaciosa, como se diseñaban las habitaciones antes. Baños y suelos renovados. Tranquilo, vista al jardín. Cama cómoda y amplia.
Los muebles de la habitación podrían renovarse pero sin cambiar el estilo. El armario olía a cerrado, faltaba un poco de pintura aquí y allá en las puertas etc. Pequeños detalles que no son de 4 estrellas. El buffet del desayuno y cena era más o menos variado pero le pondría máximo 3 estrellas en cuanto a calidad. Si quería usar la caja fuerte de la habitación pedían 11 € por día, normalmente eso está incluido en el precio.
