Pros:

Room was nicely furnished, and everything was in good working order. It was also clean. Breakfast was ample.

Cons:

A few minor things: no alarm clock in room; no fan in the bathroom; window would not open; bed was a bit soft; pillows were too thin to use one, too thick to use two. Should replace the sausages at breakfast with bacon. But these are small details in an overall good stay.

It was okay!
Pros:

The room was nice, the bed was okay but the pillows were not comfortable. Everything was clean and the man who checked us in was nice!

The rooms need a good cleaning. Front desk staff needs to do better.
Pros:

My husband and I recently spent the night at this Hampton Inn. We have been here before.

The front desk clerk did not greet me upon arrival and did not give any info as to the time of breakfast, where the elevator was, etc. The standard info you usually give when checking in guests. She barely spoke to me, or the person who was at the desk before me.

My husband and I both noticed a lot of dirt and dust in the indoor windowsill. There was dust on the ceiling above the king bed. The shower had some mold. The bed linens appeared to be clean, as were the wood surfaces in the room.

It was quiet in the hallways at night. The AC was not loud.

The breakfast area was messy and one coffee urn was empty. The other urn had very little coffee left in it. We did not see an attendant taking care of the area. No one was around for us to report the coffee urn was empty. The food was mediocre and the potatoes not cooked thoroughly.

This Hampton Inn has been renovated, but the lobby and breakfast area just look dingy. We did not use the pool. We will not be returning and will try another hotel the next time we are in the area.
