Convenient location, good clean room facilities, comfortable bed. Surprised to have a spa bath inside the room!
Well equipped clean studio with kitchenette. Good location in Whistler village, easy walk to the ski lifts.
Bedside light did not work. Pay for parking.
Very run down. There was a bath tub inside the room which made it smaller.
Me gustó la ubicación y la cama muy cómoda
tiene un olor muy fuerte a comida en los pasillo
Very reasonably priced hotel. Friendly service. Clean rooms. Ideal location to use the free Whistler shuttle bus to the Whistler gondola base. Easy walking to the shops and restaurants in Whistler Village.
Pinnacle Hotel is in central Whistler, a short walk from shops, restaurants and slope lifts. There is underground parking but the spaces are tight. Lifts link to all floors including parking.
There is comfortable seating and a fire in the reception area. Staff were both friendly and efficient. Honesty of the staff is unquestionable. I left money in the room on checkout. It was all returned at considerable inconvenience to the hotel.
The large room had large comfortable beds, full cooking facilities, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Everything was clean. Toiletries that were provided were good, as were the beverages.
The on site laundry was inexpensive and when there was a problem with a dryer the staff helped us use the main hotel laundry. The pool was clean and tidy but crowded.
Very good value for quality accommodation in central Whistler.
Horrible hotel. The beds are uncomfortable, the TVs and technology are from 1999 with no ability to watch Netflix or any standard smart Tv features, The rooms are not well insulated and soundproofed. Half the lightbulbs were not even operational. housekeeping breached our privacy by entering the space without consent before checkout time. No inquiry from any of the staff on how our day was. It’s unfortunate because at $300 a night, this felt like a motel and a one star.
Everything
The hotel was in a great location. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in need of a renovation. The foyer is tired and the rooms are old. While the bedding and bathroom were clean, the room has an outdated small kitchen in the entry that was strange to see. Then there was a large spa bath in the area outside the bathroom near the beds, which made the room very cramped with two beds. For the price we paid for the room, compared to everywhere else we stayed over the month it was very expensive for what we got. I understand the prices in Whistler are higher but I would not choose this hotel again.
Great value for clean comfortable rooms with balcony and kitchenette.
The location really isn’t too far from the lifts and has some great restaurants and coffee/breakfast places nearby.
Great location, lovely comfy rooms and bed, hot tub was great
The hotel service is great, the hotel location to whistler village is convenient! There are many restaurants and stores nearby,It’s easy shopping.
