Everything
The hotel was in a great location. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in need of a renovation. The foyer is tired and the rooms are old. While the bedding and bathroom were clean, the room has an outdated small kitchen in the entry that was strange to see. Then there was a large spa bath in the area outside the bathroom near the beds, which made the room very cramped with two beds. For the price we paid for the room, compared to everywhere else we stayed over the month it was very expensive for what we got. I understand the prices in Whistler are higher but I would not choose this hotel again.
Great location, lovely comfy rooms and bed, hot tub was great
Everything about this hotel was great. It was clean, the beds were amazing, it was across the street from a main entrance to the Village. I would recommend this hotel and if we get the chance to come again, we will stay here. The only issued has nothing to do with the hotel...we wanted more snow.
This hotel is very good value!
It has a good location and the outdoor pool and hot tub is terrific.
Bed was comfortable and had a cute kitchen with all the basics.
Really great hotel, super easy to access to free shuttle that takes you to the mountain out back. The staff were extremely friendly, and they made sure we had a dog friendly room at the last minute. Didn't really hear any noise, there was a great cheap restaurant basically out the door, and we got a hot tub :)
Bed was excellent. Maybe the stoves could be upgraded but no complaints. I really like the rooms, fireplaces
No complaints. I have stayed at the Pinnacle, Whistler for past 4 years and keep returning!
I have dealt with Tom at the front desk for past 2 years and have found him to be most helpful, personable, and welcoming. Your other front desk staff are very good as well.
Very conveniant to have a good coffee shop and two fine dining restaurants at the base of the hotel. You only need to walk a few steps outside to catch a free shuttle bus (runs every 10 minutes) for a short ride to the lifts in Whistler village.
Great location.
