Great location and value for money, needs a decor fresh
Pros:

Great location, close to restaurants, shops and ski hill. Staff pleasant.

Cons:

Decor is dated and the lobby pretty tired - good value but really needs a refresh. (Also slightly weird having the bath right next to your bed!).

Parking is limited and the spaces are VERY tight, if you have a larger vehicle find alternative parking.

Comfortable and good location.
Pros:

The location is very good. The bathtub in the room makes a huge difference when returning from the skiing day.

Cons:

The room is a bit tight for four people. We found some food scraps beneath the couch. The pool temperature could be warmer.

It’s okay for one night stay.
Pros:

The location is pretty good, close to the Fresh St Market and we did groceries for breakfast and snacks. The room has a big fridge, coffee machine (not Nespresso tho), microwave & electric kettle. The jetted tub in the room is so big and kids enjoyed having hot tub. The bathrobes are beautiful, we saw some guests wore them for going to the hot pool outside.

Cons:

The room is old & quite small for us (family of 4) with big luggages. We only stayed one night on weekend, and it’s end of winter season so the village was so crowded and the hotel’s price was so expensive, although it’s still way cheaper than others in the neighborhood. The parking garage is very spacious and convenient but also very expensive. It’s snowing in the morning and should be pretty but I didn’t even take a picture since the view from our room on the second floor is not so nice.

Room was large and had a nice view over the pool. Loved the hot tub and pool! Bed was comfy and loved the huge jetted tub too. Would totally stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel is at the edge of the village so it's quiet and away from some of the noisy night venues. Only a short stroll away. We liked the fireplace in our room and the in room kitchen facilities.The spa pool was wonderful while it was snowing. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Great location and wonderful tub.
Pros:

Third time staying at the Pinnacle. We love the two person tub, location, and that the room has a small kitchenette. The hotel was able to accommodate an early pre-check in and we were able to park at 8:30am to ski, then officially check in when done on the slopes and back at 4pm.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too high and soft.
