Clean, basic accommodations close to mountain trails
Pros:

We’ve stayed multiple times and keep coming back because it’s clean and reasonably priced. Nothing luxury about it but an adequate place to clean up and get a good nights sleep before heading out to adventure again. Several good options in walking distance.

Cons:

Not many plugs or hangers. WiFi is quite slow.

My recent booking at La Quinta Inn & Suites was canceled by the property upon arrival, yet it still shows as confirmed. I had already paid for this booking and was informed by the property that late check-in was acceptable. However, upon arrival, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for us, despite having a confirmed reservation. This situation was very stressful, especially traveling with a young child. Never again booking this hotel.

Pros:

Receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Tried to let us check in early. Helped store our bikes securely so we could walk around town. Great pillows. Clean room with everything we needed. Simple breakfast included.
