このホテルには泊まりたくない。最悪。
Pros:

立地は良かったです。フェスティバルホール付近なので地下を通れば地下鉄メトロ線に乗れる。ホテルの近くにスタバとか松屋さんとかあったので食べるものとかは困らなかった。

Cons:

まず、宿泊客に対して部屋番号の案内が無かった。エレベーターに乗る前に気付いたけど普通案内するよね？？相手が外人のスタッフだったからですかね。
もう一つはかなり水はけが悪い。お風呂の排水があまりにも遅い。三十分経ってもまだ流れない…結局湯船に浸かることもなく終わりました。流れた後の排水口が汚くて無理。整備をもう少し良くしたほうがいいと思うし、他の部屋はどうかは分からないけどこのホテルは選択肢に入れないよ。
最後に防音良くない。マジでうるさい。朝の9時あたりから清掃員の話し声とかガサゴソ物音がめっちゃ聞こえる。。だから朝は静かに起きたい人は泊まらないほうが良い。私はめちゃくちゃストレスでした。上の階の物音もめっちゃ響く。。つらい。今までこんなにひどいホテルはないわ…。リーガロイヤル系列だから少しはマシかと思ったけど残念だわ。
朝食は1700円台でランチバイキングは1200円ってえらい差があるよね…さすがに朝はスタバで済ましたから良いけど。
物価高…ですかね。宿泊客に割引とかも無いのか…。

ユニットバスからずっと水が落ちる音がした。照明に調光がなく常夜灯が欲しかった。夜中にモーター音が突然なってうるさかった。

また利用したいです
Pros:

フェスティバルホールとほとんど地下で繋がっていたのでアクセス最高でした
近くにコンビニ、ドラストもあり便利でした
行きたかった場所も地下鉄ですべてアクセス可能だったので私にとっては何の不満もないくらいです
お部屋も清潔でしたし、シャワーの水圧も強くて良かったです
台風の影響で朝早くチェックアウトしましたが次回また利用する機会があれば1階の綺麗なカフェで朝食を食べたいです

Cons:

皆さんがおっしゃってたようにチェックインのタッチパネルがなかなか反応せずに何度も押しましたがまあ許容範囲です
受付の方がニコニコ丁寧に対応してくださったので問題なかったです

「良い心地」の宿泊
Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かったこと、コンビニが近かったこと。
チェックインの際に、自分の手が乾燥していたため、タッチパネルの反応が悪かった際に、そばにいたスタッフの方がすぐにフォローしてくれた。
夕食に出かけるときも、チェックアウトの時も、フロントがしっかりと声掛けをしてくれて、気持ち良かった。

Cons:

しようが無いかも知れないが、エレベーターの混雑、一緒にのっていたグループの話し声が気になった。朝食の時間がもう少し早く始まっていれば、食べられたが、会議の都合で食べることが出来なかった。
