場所が良い
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった

Cons:

ユニットバスからずっと水が落ちる音がした。照明に調光がなく常夜灯が欲しかった。夜中にモーター音が突然なってうるさかった。

「良い心地」の宿泊
Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かったこと、コンビニが近かったこと。
チェックインの際に、自分の手が乾燥していたため、タッチパネルの反応が悪かった際に、そばにいたスタッフの方がすぐにフォローしてくれた。
夕食に出かけるときも、チェックアウトの時も、フロントがしっかりと声掛けをしてくれて、気持ち良かった。

Cons:

しようが無いかも知れないが、エレベーターの混雑、一緒にのっていたグループの話し声が気になった。朝食の時間がもう少し早く始まっていれば、食べられたが、会議の都合で食べることが出来なかった。

また利用したいです
Pros:

フェスティバルホールとほとんど地下で繋がっていたのでアクセス最高でした
近くにコンビニ、ドラストもあり便利でした
行きたかった場所も地下鉄ですべてアクセス可能だったので私にとっては何の不満もないくらいです
お部屋も清潔でしたし、シャワーの水圧も強くて良かったです
台風の影響で朝早くチェックアウトしましたが次回また利用する機会があれば1階の綺麗なカフェで朝食を食べたいです

Cons:

皆さんがおっしゃってたようにチェックインのタッチパネルがなかなか反応せずに何度も押しましたがまあ許容範囲です
受付の方がニコニコ丁寧に対応してくださったので問題なかったです

location was good, close to station entry and convenience store and food nearby. staff really friendly, clean

Cons:

room was very small but wasnt surprised. took me 5 hours to dry my clothes using laundromat.

機会があれば、又泊まりたい。
Pros:

フェスティバルホールへ行きたかったので、とても近くて良かった。駅の隣なので移動も楽だった事と、安価で泊まれた
