Pros:

Posizione abbastanza vicina alle vie principali. Molto elegante e lussuoso per il prezzo a cui viene proposta la stanza in una grande città. Stanza pulita e letti comodo. Check-in in autonomia tramite totem.

Pros:

美術館やホールに近く、最寄駅からも近く本当にロケーションが良かったです
朝食の準備をされているかたもハキハキとしていて好感が持てました
チェックアウトもカードを箱にいれるだけで楽でした

Great location, all you need all around the hotel!
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent. There is a 7/11 on the corner, and directly in front of it you will find the entrance to Higobashi Station, which is very convenient. There is also a Starbucks right in front of the hotel and even a pharmacy with direct access to the building. Overall, we were positively impressed with both the hotel and its location.

The staff were okay—neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. On our floor, there was a vending machine, and we really appreciated that the washing machine could be paid for by card, which none of the other hotels we stayed at offered. There was also an ice machine with an ice bucket available, which we happily made use of.

Great price for quality hotel rooms. Would come back to stay next time in Osaka!
Pros:

Rihga Place Higobashi is a great budget friendly hotel with very nice quality rooms. The hotel is in an easy and convenient area with restaurants, conbini's, and right next to Higobashi Station. For japanese sized hotel rooms, we had a good amount of space. The room and bathroom were cleaned very well. Beds were also a good amount of comfortable.

Cons:

We enjoyed many things about Rihga Place. If we had to say something we didn't like would be having an extra pillow or two in the rooms or having more options would be great.

The hotel for the price was lovely, staff were friendly and room were clean. The area is fabulous and close to everythin
Pros:

The staff were very lovely and the hotel room was cleaned daily. There is a train station just opposite and next door but if you need the main osaka one it’s only a 20 min walk away and has nice views.

Cons:

The TV wouldn’t switch to english meaning we couldn’t use it whereas other properties we had been to prior we could just connect our phone to making it much easier and more comfortable.
