This was my third time here and as always my stay was wonderful.

Cons:

Breakfast could have a lttle more variety like more fruit and bacon/sausage. Sadly the bathroom was not completely cleaned when we arrived.

Cons:

El recepcionista que nos recibió fue muy poco amable y sin ninguna razón trató de mala forma a los niños (2 y 4 años) insistiendo en asustarlos con "el hombre del saco" entre otros... fue muy desagradable. Además nadie nos avisó que no hacían aseo en las habitaciones y los pasillos siempre estaban sucios.

Pros:

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and parking fully met our expectations. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the property offers a large, convenient parking area and easy access to the highway, making it simple to explore other parts of the city.
The pool was clean and pleasantly warm, providing a comfortable spot to relax. The surrounding outdoor area is welcoming, with tables and seating that make it easy to meet with family and friends in a pleasant atmosphere.
Housekeeping and public areas were kept in excellent condition, which contributed to an overall sense of care and professionalism throughout the property. This level of upkeep made our stay comfortable and stress-free.
I was particularly impressed by the service at check-out. A female supervisor went above and beyond to prepare and provide the correct invoice; this was greatly appreciated as I have encountered difficulties obtaining proper documentation at other hotels.
Overall, the hotel offers a well-located, tidy, and customer-focused stay, with helpful staff and amenities that suit both leisure and practical needs.

Cons:

During our three-night stay the reception area did not consistently reflect the welcoming standard we expected. One male staff member greeted us without warmth and responded to our questions in a curt, distant manner; at times I felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. Such interactions detracted from the otherwise professional appearance of the property and left a negative first impression.
On the second morning a large tour group arrived and breakfast service quickly became chaotic. Many basic items were missing—bagels, waffle batter, juice and cream cheese were not available—and the buffet appeared disorganized. Staff seemed unsure how to handle the sudden demand and could not provide a clear explanation beyond saying the hotel was simply very busy.
When I asked why staple items were unavailable, the reply focused on high occupancy rather than on why routine replenishment failed. While I understand that busy periods create pressure, missing common breakfast essentials suggests a lapse in planning and inventory management. The person responsible for organizing breakfast should be prepared for peak demand and ensure backups for core items.
Overall, the hotel has many positives, but attention to front‑desk friendliness and stronger breakfast operations during high‑occupancy periods would significantly improve the guest experience.

It served the purpose of our visit, but I would never return.

It was dirty, like - really dirty, the carpet in our room left my toddler’s feet blackened!! The bathroom was in need of multiple fixes (broken bath drain plug, damaged shower curtain rail). The breakfast are was insufficiently sized for the volume of guests and was absolute chaos to get any food at all!

No había queso blanco....los empleados no reponian rápido.....había que estar diciendo lo que queríamos. Vimos un homeless en el 4to piso. Otro comiendo en el desayuno. Falta seguridad. La tarjeta se me desmagnetizo mas de 4 veces. La chica de la recepción muy amable me la cambió varias veces.
