Pros:

great location, the room was clean for the most part. staff was ok, but not knowledgeable.

Cons:

there was no hot tub, like said there was. very disappointing. also, no rooms had a spa tub like said there was. the breakfast was terrible. not a lot of items offered [no eggs or meat]. the pancakes were gross, like the batter was spoiled, also the milk was spoiled. the garbage can in the breakfast area needed to be taken out, the smell was gross.
the bed was made short, hard to pull and pull the covers up to cover up shoulders.
staff was not to be found after I checked in.

Was comfortable and clean and a great value.
Pros:

Everything was very well taken care of and very clean. While I only encountered one employee, he was nice and professional.

Cons:

Fresh fruit for breakfast would have made it better. We decided to go out for breakfast because of the lack of healthy options.

Hotel without ANY personal
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable

Cons:

When I walked in, there was no hotel personal. Had to check in at a kiosk. The check in area looked like the inside of a closet.
The room was roomy. The TV was low on a table. Hard to see from the bed. TV was too small. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Paint chipped above shower surround. Big unpainted spot on ceiling above tub.
Breakfast was poor. Pancake machine pucked out big chunks of black burnt stuff as it made my cake. One orange on the foid counter. Again not a hotel person around.
Very very impersonal experience. I won't be back.

Probably won't stay here again or recommend to friends.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, few choices. Bathroom was GREAT with tall toilet, roll-in shower with seat.

Cons:

Never did find the ice machine. Need a sign in room telling where it is. Could not get door of closet/wardrobe open. Bed too tall, especially for a handicapped room.

convenient and quiet. Nice showers. We didn't get a chance to swim but pool looked nice.
Pros:

Location was within a few miles for our family get together. Close to places we wanted to go. Grabbed a coffee and muffin on our way out...good.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Sausage, scramble eggs, etc. The beds mattress was very comfortable. Room was verry clean. Lobby is inviting, very updated.

Our mattress was very comfortable. Pillow size was perfect, not the smaller pillows. Staff at front desk was pleasant. Room was very clean. We would stay again.

An absolute horrible experience DO NOT ever stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Sadly, not one thing did I like.

Cons:

Staff was short and rude, no accommodations made because they shut the pool down, breakfast was not stocked, room did not feel clean or safe. We even called to ensure that the pool would be up and running before we came. I understand accidents happen but to not even try and discount or accommodate and just tell me it was out of our control nothing we can do. Was the wrong way on how to handle that situation. An absolute horrible experience and I will never be back to this property again.
