Although I had initial issues with the smell of the cleaning supplies used on my room, the extremely attentive and supportive staff IMMEDIATELY solved the issue and created the perfect peaceful, eco-friendly, environment I craved! I highly recommend for solo travelers seeking refuge and tranquility.

Rooms were bigger but Too many Mosquitoes. My son got lot of bug bites and wasted our 1 day due to illness added extra coat for medication related bug bites .we have a dietary restrictions and need a working freez but did not get any service to solve the issue or replace with the working freeze. Overall not a good experience.

Good place to stay if you have a car, convenient to drive into downtown Seville.

Great Customer Service the lady thay checked us in was very nice and gave us ab amazing room. The room was very spacious air conditioning worked great. Swimming pool on the 2nd floor was clean and great for the kids. Good location there are restaurants, shops, ect. all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time in Sevilla.

Convenient location and parking for a night close to the airport.

I have found hotels in Spain, generally very clean. That was the case with Vertis. There is a very small pool wall while children but still nice to be able to cool off in a hot day. The biggest problem was the parking lot is very tight hard to get into causing some damage to my Rent-A-Car instead of padding on the wall they put in abrasive material that Made the damage that should’ve been unnecessary

The hotel was okay. When we stayed there, AC wasn't working.

This hotel is beautiful with professional attentive staff. Parking is convenient and secure in the attached parking garage and the fee was reasonable. Room was spacious and beds very comfy. Plenty of hot water and pressure, perfect air conditioning. However, be aware that if the outside temp is less than 20 degrees C, the AC does not come on and you are expected to open the windows. There was always a nice breeze. Breakfast was very good with many choices from the buffet. Elevators are a little slow, but always worked well. We needed to order room service late one night (medical need) and the food arrived quickly, very warm, covered well, and delivered by a friendly staff person. It was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a good hotel, a little off the beaten track. It's a good 40-minute bus ride to either the old town of Serville or the newer commercial area. It was clean and offered good value for money.

The breakfast was excellent.

They wanted you to go to the lobby every single time to stamp your parking pass so you could get out of the property that was annoying, but it really wasn’t necessary. There was a way for you to do it without having to go to the front desk. As all locations in Europe, you couldn’t get coffee until 830 and unless you were actually eating at the buffet, they didn’t know how to sell your coffee there. The lobby did have a machine where you could get espresso, but you had to have One euro in coins or else you couldn’t get coffee. There was a cafeteria nearby that we were able to get coffee at 7:30 in the morning luckily

Cheap price compare to other options, little to do in that area, 20 minutes uber drive from the historical district.

Nice room. Perfect if you are doing a day trip to nearby towns like Cordoba, Ronda and Granada.
