El trato y agua fría
Tiene buena ubicación con un metro y restaurantes cerca. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El personal es amable
La televisión tiene un volumen muy bajo y me costaba escuchar las noticias
El agua por la noche salía helada. El personal de recepción muy antipática. Muy cara para el servicio que tiene. No lo recomiendo.
La chica de recepción y el agua fría...
El desayuno bastante completo y la habitacion limpia, cómoda y un tamaño normalito. La ubicacion bastabte bien, cerca del centro comercial, de restaurantes u de la parada de bus y metro.
El hotel estaba en obras y apenas tenia instalaciones disponibles, ni recepcion, ni bar, el personal poco amable.
Pregunté por un microondas para calentar agua, que es algo que deberian tener disponible, y nos dijeron que no había para que la gente no metiera comida, cuando ellos no tenian ni servicio de bar ni restaurante.
Me surgió un problema y tenia que dejar la habitacion un dia antes y la respuesta desde el primer momento fue que no, y siempre poniendo trabas solo porque la reserva era por booking, para todo diciendo que si la hubieramos hecho desde su página todo sería mas flexible.
La cama era super cómoda, la habitación era grande y el baño muy práctico. En general la habitación era lo que prometia y la estancia super agradable.
En general diría que todo estaba bien.
Znakomite śniadania w stylu hiszpańskim. Bardzo wygodne pokoje i estetycznie wykończone. Hotel w ciekawej dzielnicy, spokojnej, pełnej zieleni. Po sąsiedzku Lidl z cenami trochę niższymi niż Lidl w Polsce.
ja nie mam uwag. Remont części recepcyjnej nieuciążliwy i prowadzony czysto. Wiec będzie niedługo jeszcze lepszy standard.

El hotel está muy bien. Lo conocemos de otras ocasiones y hemos repetido
Tuvimos que irnos antes por el fallecimiento de un familiar y pensaba que nos iban a ofrecer aunque sea algún descuento para futuras ocasiones, ya que habíamos pagado 4 noches y solo pudimos estar dos.
