La limpieza no era muy buena y los ascensores tampoco
Piscina, buffet, habitacion todo super
Falta muchísima animacion, terrazas vacias, y todo muy soso, y tambien el aquagym en piscina casi sin volumen, y no era aquagym es gimnasia para mayores, musica flojisima, en fin en ese aspecto mal, por lo demas todo bien
Ubicación buen y buen servicio del hotel.
Las instalaciones estupendas.
Quiero destacar a la chica Rocio qie trabaja en recepción que la verdad una genia,me solucionó todo y un trato excelente

The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable.
Although, we asked to have a quiet room, as I’m neurodivergent and they put us in the only room in between the lifts! Our parents ( who had checked in a few days before we arrived,) were staying in a room at the very end of the corridor. They had a bathroom triple the size of ours and also an enormous balcony compared to ours! (We had to side step around the table to get to the drying rack on our balcony!)
Really frustrating realising we’d paid the same money only to be given a much smaller room, that was directly outside the lifts and opposite the staircase!
The location of the hotel was close to the beach / promenade (about 5 minute walk)
The staff were friendly.
Sadly that is the only good things i have to say about our stay here!
My sister is vegan and gluten free and i am lactose intolerant, we made the hotel aware of this when we booked, (and a few days before via email before we arrived.) We simply asked for the allergy information to be presented on the buffet (which most hotels do anyway.) We also reminded reception of this when we checked in, and they told us it was all labeled!
No allergy information was presented AT ALL the entire time we stayed here! No gluten free options were offered at any time! No desserts apart from fresh fruit! Instead, my sister had to order “a vegan meal” every time we went into the dining room, there were only 3 vegan options to choose from. The “vegan curry” had 3 vegetables in it… My sister had to go outside of the hotel to get food at a cafe because she was so hungry! It also made us feel very awkward having to do this x3 a day! Not what you want to be doing when trying to relax!
This was very frustrating, as I’m sure there was a lot of food on the buffet each day that we could have eaten, but as there were not any signs it wasn’t worth the risk! We had also given up asking for the allergy information to be presented because clearly the hotel didn’t care!
This really ruined our holiday.
We payed for full board… what a complete waste of money!!
The pool area also didn’t open until 10am, and by 11am you couldn’t even swim in the pool because there was so many people in it. I remarked to my Dad that i couldn’t smell any chlorine in the pool, i should have known better because when we got home i spent 2 weeks with a horrible cold!
There are 15 floors of rooms, plus reception and the dining room, however there are only 4 lifts. Very often we would get in a lift and be sent up and down at least twice before getting to where we wanted to go!
This is not a hotel, or hotel chain that I, or my family would ever stay at again. I would strongly urge anyone with dietary requirements to seriously reconsider booking this hotel!
Lovely hotel with amazing food and pool!
Kids entertainment wasn’t very good, they seem to only concentrate on Spanish children so my daughter was ignored. I didn’t take her to the club after this. I would say to pick another hotel if with children.

No nos dejaron llevar a nuestro hijo al club infantil con la excusa de que le faltaba un mes para cumplir cinco años, y a pesar de que iba acompañado por su hermana mayor. El empleado del club infantil claramente quería desembarazarse de nosotros. Si voy a un hotel familiar espero que tengan un mínimo de flexibilidad y que no me apliquen su norma de "mínimo 5 años" como si fuese la Carta Magna

Very comfortable beds, very clean and spacious room. Large terrace. Friendly staff, nice breakfast.

El tiempo que se tarda para coger el ascensor. Hay mucha gente para tan pocos ascensores.
Para bajar con las maletas tuvimos que esperar 35 minutos, y bajar de uno en uno, porque siempre iban llenos.
Mám jen pozitivita. Blízko moře, super bazén, skvělá snídaně, čistota v hotelu, uklízečka moc milá a pracovitá. Parkování zdarma přes ulici.
Voda zdarma při check out. Personál všechen moc milý. Jestli tu někdo kritizuje rychlost výtahu, tak si prostě vybral špatný hotel. Vůbec to nevadí. Hlavně když máte takový výhled :) moc doporučuju.
Při příjezdu jsme dostali jen dva ručníky a kdy jsem na recepci zavolal o třetí, tak nám ho nepřinesli, i když řekli že ho přinesou.
