Excelentes vistas, habitación agradable. Buen servicio. Mientras esperábamos a que prepararan la habitación, nos invitaron a tomar algo. Y al hacer el check-out, nos dieron una botella de agua para el camino. Buena animación en la piscina para niños.

Cons:

Ropa de cama sucia y colillas de cigarrillos en el balcón de la habitación.

BUEN HOTEL DE CUATRO ESTRELLAS. REPETIREMOS.
Pros:

Un hotel con servicios adecuados para su categoría: buena ubicación, instalaciones y atención del personal. Buffet bien surtido y variado. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Piscina grande y bien cuidada.
A destacar el envío a la habitación de un detalle por mi cumpleaños, muy de agradecer.
Ponen todo tipo de facilidades si llegas antes de que tu habitación esté lista, e igualmente cuando dejas la habitación si vas a pasar el resto del día en el hotel. Tienen vestuarios para cambiarte de ropa si lo necesitas.

Cons:

Las hamacas de la piscina están un poquito viejas, la tela está algo pasada y te clavas la estructura de plástico en la espalda.

Todo muy bien, pero....
Pros:

Todo perfecto, la atención de todo el personal, la comodidad de las camas, las habitaciones nuevas y limpias...

Cons:

En el check out nos atendió creo que la única persona BORDE de todo el hotel, RAY, un completo patan mal
Educado sin empatía ni paciencia, empañando la buena experiencia que habíamos tenido previamente con todo el personal!

Pros:

En general todo, desde la entrada del hotel, hasta que llegas a la habitación, no hay colapso en los ascensores, estábamos en la planta 15, pero la zona de la piscina es una pasada. Todo son facilidades y amabilidad por parte del personal.

Cons:

Por despiste mío, pensando que era de cortesía, me bebí una de las dos botellitas de agua y me costó el despiste 2,50€, luego nos regalaron una botella de agua a la salida 😄
