Good, great location for getting around London, get what you pay for.
Pros:

Amazing location, had what we needed. A fridge in the room would have been nice but I didn’t check this prior to booking so no big deal. Friendly staff & comfy beds. Tv / hairdryer kettle all handy to have.

Cons:

Walls were like paper can hear everything. Room was very warm fans in the wardrobe but no air con, no fridge so if had been staying here mid summer would have been a struggle. Wouldn’t say the cleanest but for what we paid can’t moan too much. Breakfast very very basic tables were dirty on arrival very rarely many set available tables when you go down.

Can be better
Pros:

Ideal location - near Paddington rail and tube station. Silent neighbourhood - for travellers who wan to sleep better at night. Not far away from Harrods and other interesting /alive locations

Cons:

Cleaning was not done properly - while staying there I accidentally spilled soft drink on bed and when leaving room put sign to clean the room but after coming in the night I found that bed was only made (linen was not changed) and in bathroom only 1 new soap and 3 towels were put while shampoo and shower gel was finishing up.

Bathroom was incredibly tiny and there was a problem with the water pressure which made showing very difficult.

Great location- improvement needed on other stuff
Pros:

Great location and handy to Paddington station. Room a good size.

Cons:

Bathroom extremely small and not comfortable. Breakfast poor. How about some extra cooked stuff like sausage etc. Our companions stayed across road at cheaper place and had a full cooked breakfast.
