Okay but Unlikely to return.
Pros:

Convenient to Melbourne central

Cons:

No good if you’re staying with people on other floors -no access. No consideration. Each apartment had different amenities. We had tea and coffee but no milk, mum and dad had milk but no tea & coffee. Brother & sister had the works with biscuits and snacks. Very hard to check in and out. No staff about.

방과 욕실의 청결 상태가 안좋았음.특히 욕실의 샤워실안에 벽과 바닥에 곰팡이와 때가 그대로 있었고 사용하라고 둔 바디워시 병엔 먼지가 가득있어서 언제 닦았는지를 몰라 사용하기가 꺼려졌음.

Location to shops and what we needed was good. Apartment facilities were good. Beds were comfortable

Was told 3 days out that we had no parking, was rectified. Been called 3 times to verify booking in 10days is irritating. Walls in hotel having clear punch damage holes and poorly flushed and repaired with no paint. No covers on quilt raise concerns of cleanliness. Cot was broken on one side. There was marks and grim and what looked to be a giant bugger stuck to the wall in the bedroom. Minimal plates and cups

Overall it was lovely with an exceptionally beautiful view

Location is excellent

Cons:

Very limited cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery for 4 person. Rubbish outside the rubbish chute.
No daily cleaning of common area.
