Submitted request for late check out and at check in we reminded the front desk. The guy said it should be fine and said he’d make a note about it. Got a call at 11 am telling us it’s time to check out, and when we told her about the late check out she said there’s nothing stating that so we had to pack up and leave. That was super disappointing. Plus since it’s dog friendly, it would be wise to have specific dog friendly rooms. I worried about fleas which made it hard to sleep well. The room was very outdated and a part of the trim on the jacuzzi in the room fell off and had nails sticking out of it. The jacuzzi itself was dirty too- looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple months.

Location to airport

Cons:

Very noisy upset child across the hall crying and screaming . The door must have opened and closed 25 times within half an hour. Couldn’t sleep until it stopped. Not your fault .

Plow the drivway

Pleasant staff especially chole

Cons:

Never plowed the drive. I drive a car, we had to wait for traffic to clear in the road and go as fast as possible to get through the snow. I asked every day we were there if the hotel was going to plow. We received the same answer, plow is coming tonight. On the last day there Chloe called the manager in front of me but alas never plowed. If your going to stay there in the winter bring a 4wheel drive.
