Next door are an ATM, restaurants, and little shops, so you can get supplies easily.
The hotel is located a little bit away from the beach, so you have to walk but it's quieter at night.
No recommendation.
They have a policy to clean the room on request that effectively leads to dirty rooms. When I arrived the room was noticeably dirty. I requested a cleaning for every day of the stay and after about four days, the room reached an acceptable maintenance.
Similar to the cleaning they have a policy for changing bedsheets and towels. I noticed blood strains on the bed sheets upon arrival. I requested changing the bedsheets every day but the blood strain remained exactly where it was before. So this "service" is not effective.
I asked the hotel about a transfer from Caticlan Airport. They came up with some obscure figures about the costs arguing with risen fuel costs. So I looked it up myself and found out that you can just book the transfer at South West Tours (like the hotel) way cheaper and additional or raised charges for the fuel. I don't know why it was necessary to lie.
I booked one of the smaller rooms. This room is actually really small. It also misses a few essential things, like a wardrobe or good place to put the luggage. Also there are only like two bars suitable for drying your clothes.
Many things did also not work or worked poorly. For example, the Wi-Fi was so weak that I had to switch to expensive mobile data. The hairdryer was poorly operating, taking forever. There also was a flashlight installed that did not work.
Next door was a noisy construction sight.
Don't drink from the water dispenser as it seems to be tap water.
On checkout they charged 250 Pesos for a broken glass, as a cherry on the top.
It’s near the beach and DMall. The room was also spacious. There is also a water dispenser so you can refill your water bottle anytime.

Internet is not good. The staff was very respectful and accommodating but they need to be more attentive to the needs of their customers

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and common areas, which were beautifully maintained. I also loved the convenient location—it was close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. I would definitely come back again!
Wer keine Ohrstöpsel in der Nacht tragen möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz. Der Pool hat nur Platz für 3 Liegen. Im Zimmer gab es überhaupt keine Ablagen für Kleidung, habe 4 Tage aus dem Koffer gelebt.

Should insist all guests keep quiet between 11pm and 10am - We unfortunately had kids swimming early one morning and a guest talking loud on his mobile at 7am another morning, there were staff on duty and they could have told him to keep quiet
