Cons:

Evening meal, starters brought out with main courses. I mentioned to the waiter about my rice being cold, he just said he would let the chef know, no apology or offer of a refund

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful the rooms .. breakfast.. staff were all outstanding really had a lovely couple of days will definitely be back

Pros:

Clean, polite staff

Cons:

Parking should be included as a hotel guest, and choice of swimming or gym (just 1 is fine for a days stay) better ventilation ect for showers in rooms so that it doesn’t matter if you dare to leave the door open whilst you are waiting for the shower you have a member of staff knocking on your door first thing as your up (very polite though obviously I wasn’t the only one or the first time) lifts not working but clean room nice staff

Pros:

Breakfast included, good facilities e.g gym / pub and Starbucks

Cons:

Ball of hair on the floor in our room, shower head broke, gym playing loud music too early in the morning waking my partner up, breakfast finished early, bathroom is not private as just a piece of glass separating this and the bedroom, also light in bathroom automatically comes on when you go in there which isn’t useful in the middle of the night as this disturbs you in the night as the bed is right next to the glass for the bathroom
