We had one irate staff member who gave us menus to order from the pub& grill , came back after 5 minutes, took the menus back and said kitchen now closed- disappointing

Absolutely everything was immaculate. And the Air Conditioning in this heat is an absolute luxury I didn't think I deserved at the amazing price point. I'm so thankful to everyone for the amazing services, room service, breakfast, cleaning, kindness, everything.
While a satellite TV is amazing and I could watch the Silverstone Grand Prix and was extremely happy about that, the TVs seem to fail at screen mirroring and there are no apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube ect. So I couldn't watch any of my own movies when I wanted to.

I love visiting this place so much. The stuff are so welcoming and the building is very clean and tidy. Paige and Ebs in Starbucks are such lovely people and make the best drinks. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Basingstoke or just popping in for a coffee. 5 stars!
This place is like a second home, the staff always make me feel so welcome, the Baristas in Starbucks are the best (Ebony, Paige, Andi, Klaudia and Sam) .. the pub and grill has a great menu and there is plenty of outdoor seating for when the weather is good!!!
