Some minor gripes, but good value
Pros:

Price was good for what you get. Staff at check in and check out were helpful and friendly. Good shower.

Cons:

Room wasn't as big as similar hotels such as premier inn or travelodge. Only window was quite a small one in the bathroom, with none in the bedroom. Bathroom separated from bedroom by glass. There is a button to make about 60% of the glass (including by the shower) opaque, but the door remains see through. The mattress was quite thin, making the bed a little hard. Location is ok, but a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop, if you're using public transport.

WE USE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT PROVIDES A CONVENIENT STOPOVER WHEN VISING AN ELDERLY AUNT WHO LIVES IN NORTH HAMPSHIRE - AND BECAUSE IT IS MODERN - IS GOOD VALUE - AND HAS A GYM / POOL

Pros:

My in laws were in an accessible room and pulled the cord by mistake. There were staff there in minutes to check they were ok. Very helpful and efficient

Noisy people in the corridor late at night banging and crashing but not the hotels fault

Clean comfortable room but tv not working

Easy for shopping

Cons:

Had booked for king size bed, but it was two singles pushed together with a big gap in between one higher up than the other. Not able to control the temperature in the room.

Pros:

Booked at the last minute and arrived late, was immediately upgraded to a lovely room. Very modern, comfortable and quiet with many facilites (I didn't have time to use) but were available

Cons:

Although not far from the station, it wasn't that easy to find walking, but people gave good durections along the way

Staff, brilliant..Gym noise horrible

The noise from am guessing the gym from 0600 music, loud bangs of idiots dropping weights i wanted a lay in but it didn't happen 😑
