I have stayed here many times, unfortunately this last stay was a little less satisfactory due to ongoing thudding noise near * room 203, which continued hroughout the night & morning hours.
Clean and inviting, although it’s essentially on an industrial estate, the planting and seating around the perimeter was a nice touch. The menu offered a good range of food, including healthy options, staff were nice and there was a good range of breakfast choices.
Hard to think of bad points but if I’m picky, there was no hook by the shower to put a towel, it’s nice to be able to grab a towel as you come out and not have to walk dripping over to the towel rail.
And the cost of the breakfast was a tad steep.
Very close to where I was going, room was clean, reception staff very helpful.
